He took the time to listen to my concerns around the "unwanted visitor, aka squirrel" living in my roof somewhere. He did a thorough inspection of the house, attic space, and roof to look for damage and entry. Overall i was highly impressed and the reviews that i read online back up the professionalism. I highly recommend them if you have any unwanted wildlife in your house :)

The product we got lasted quite a while so our visits were pretty sporadic. That is until I started collecting houseplants... Back when we first went, I would have never thought I'd have a house full of plants one day so I didn't pay much attention to their plant selection, but I'm fairly sure it wasn't nearly the assortment they have today. I saw in some local plant groups that they carried a variety of common and rare houseplants so I figured it was time to stop in again. They absolutely have grown their offering of houseplants, including a section of terrariums that are just stunning. The staff there are super knowledgeable and ready to give you whatever advice you need to treat your yard, de-bug your flower bed, or satisfy your inner plant hoarder, I mean, plant enthusiast. Definitely check them out. They're located in a small strip of shops on 426 behind the Oviedo Marketplace, between Red Bug and Tuskawilla.

There is a wide selection of pots, fertilizer, soil, plant supports, seeds - really anything you need for your plants. Their selection of potted plants is my favorite part of the store and I think the prices are very reasonable. I've had great luck with every plant I've gotten there and I enjoy going in to see what they have as it's always changing. There's usually a good selection of terrariums and terrarium plants. I go out of my way to pop in when I can!

If they do show up, they don't finish the job when they say they will. You end up calling them multiple times to finish what they started, and they never come back to complete the work. Trapline is the exception to that rule. I made contact with them, they showed up as promised, and did all the work they said they would. They got rid of some very destructive raccoons for me and repaired my soffits. They gave me a quote and a handshake, and they delivered on all of it in a very tight time schedule. I never had to call them back. They did the work they promised completely without any prompting from me. That is rare in this day and age. If you are in the Orlando area and have critters driving you crazy call Trapline and let them take care of it for you. You guys deserve the five stars, you earned it. I got a response before 7am and someone was out by 11am. I was impressed by the quick response and showing up on time a couple days before the holiday. Nestor, the tech who came out was friendly, respecting of our home and in my mind conducted one of the most thorough and honest free estimates. We have a pest contract with another company and he suggested we reach out to them as well to see if they would handle, what we thought to be a raccoon as to not violate our contract. He went into the attic (helping me move boxes so we could get into the second attic entrance) and found that it was a rat caught in a trap and it happened to be right on top of our hallway attic entrance flopping around. I was able to call my pest control company and they removed the rat and rechecked entry points and helped seal other potential areas that Nestor pointed out to me during the inspection. I would not hesitate to call them in the future and have reached out regarding a treatment for the attic to neutralize the rat feces.
