The food was good, but the service was some of the worst I've experienced. Our server, Peyton, took roughly 20 minutes to bring our drinks despite the restaurant being nearly empty. In fact, our appetizer arrived before we ever received our drinks, which was surprising and frustrating. She was frequently nowhere to be found, and we spent much of the meal waiting for basic service. The kitchen did its job, and the food was enjoyable, but the front-of-house experience left a lot to be desired. Where do I start.....Do not go here! First, sketchy crowd. Lots of beer gut, backwards hat, pony tail beard looking dudes. Oh, and all dudes. Do not bring your wives or daughters. Second, rude and inattentive wait staff. Pro tip...don't ask your waitress any questions. They will snarl at you and look at you like you have two heads. You will likely receive your appetizers before any silverware or plates. By the time they bring 3 plates for a table of 6, the appetizers are gone....thanks. Ask the person that brought the appetizers if you can have some plates and silverware and she will never bring them. Apparently not in her job description. Also, make sure you have plenty of time available because it will take over an hour for a few burgers. And actually it's been an hour and still don't have food. No apology or comped appetizer from the wait staff, just keeps asking if we need anything. Duh, how about our food. Finally the food comes out and the ignorant waitress doesn't even know which burgers she has or who they go to. On a positive note, the food wasn't terrible. 2 hours of my life I won't get back. Came here with a large group for dinner and drinks. Overtime looks nice at first, but it didn't really live up to my expectations. On the inside, it's got your typical sports bar feel, similar-looking to a Buffalo Wild Wings. The main reason we came here was for fish bowls-One of our favorite cocktails that is hard to find at most restaurants/bars. Once we order they mentioned they didn't have the actual fish-bowls, so they cut a few dollars off the price and put the drinks in a regular glass. It's fine, but I was pretty sad about that. I got the Opposites Attract, which is wonderful and similar to a Shirley Temple. Sports bars are usually one of my favorite types of places to get food, but OT's was just average. I got the spicy fried chicken sandwich and it was a little underwhelming. Not bad, but I expected a little more from it. Also, a server came up and took my plate before I was even finished eating! I had turned my head for one minute to look back and see her walking back in the kitchen with the rest of my plate... In town visiting family and was suggested for the pizza. The hand tossed meat pizza was pretty good, the service was not. Having been a server for numerous years I was highly disappointed when I failed to receive the appetizer I ordered before my pizza came out, mentioned to the runner that I no longer wished to receive the appetizer I ordered since I had already gotten my pizza, she apologized and delivered our pizza, with no plates or napkins. It took wayyy to long for our server to bring us plates and utensils to eat our pizza with, at which time drinks were ordered by me and my significant other. Got up and moved to the bar and it took about 8 minutes to get someone to take our drink order. There are about 15 people in the entire bar including my husband and I. I've been coming to OT for many years now and it's always been great. Idk why people are complaining about people being drunk and loud at a sports BAR. Personally, i'm glad more families are avoiding this place. Nothing worse than screaming kids in an adult themed restaurant. There's a Cheddars right down the road with the same food for your kids. Made the mistake of coming here for outdoor dining with my family. This area has several sports bars that offer a clean atmosphere for families. This was my first visit & I will never go back. Vulgar language & drunks sitting in outdoor dining area that made me very uncomfortable. I asked for my food to go & explained to the waitress my reason for leaving. Takeout was okay, typical for sports bar. However the manager passed me standing solo in the restaurant with no greeting or even a simple "How can I help you" as the tubs of alcohol continued to be brought over to the table of obvious drunkards getting very loud. We had dinner and played their trivia game that is played every Monday night. Game was fun... we were last in points, but had a great time. The food was mediocre, no stand outs that I would go back for. I had the calzone, which was ok. One friend had fettuccine, which she also used "ok" to describe. Another friend had a grilled chicken salad which she used "good" to describe. So.. to sum up... food was ok, nothing great. We would probably go back for trivia night, but not any other night. Overtime Bar and Grill is a descent place to grab a drink with friends, get some quality bar grub, or watch a game. It gets smokey on weekends and when they're busy to the point that the waitress was complaining about it, and she was a smoker. But for bar food the food is really pretty good and decently priced. I've had the beer battered mini shrimp and the buffalo chicken wrap. Both are very good. The shrimp and crispy and the batter is good without being too heavy. The buffalo chicken wrap was a good sized portion and I like that you can pick from about 7 sides including broccoli or fries, depending on your mood and desire to add some healthier food to your meal. The chicken on the wrap was crispy, and the buffalo sauce is good without being burn your mouth hot. They have tons of televisions to watch and bags on the porch if you like to play. the service is so-so. I've had excellent waitresses and waitresses that are not great at all. It's really hit or miss. But more often that not there has been good service. Again, a good place to grab a drink with pals, watch a game, or they even have UFC pay-per-view fights. But i will say as a manager you shouldn't put your personal opinion of someone you don't like into the daily work life that is not appropriate . Overtime is a great place to watch a ball game. The food is as good or better than the average sports bar and the service is average (they are busy). There's a good variety from sandwiches and burgers to steak, chicken and fish, as well as a nice selection of appetizers. Huge tvs and a lot of mid-size high def tvs. The drawbacks are its loud so if you are looking for a quiet place to eat with your significant other this is probably not the place. If you don't mind noise it's a great place to dine as a couple. Excellent place to go with friends or even alone looking for a fun time. Went to Overtime last night(10/26/17) with my family. After promptly being seated we got a server who wasn't even working in our section, since the other one was no where to be seen. Two of my kids had boneless wings and I had chicken Alfredo. We all woke up today feeling horrible. It really hit the kids after school. I did a courtesy call just to let them know they may need to check their chicken. I wasn't expecting anything in return or even my money back, but Brian the GM, was unapologetic!! He didn't do anything but try to make it seem as if they weren't at fault at all!! He was rude and didn't seem to be listening to me at all.
