Super friendly staff. This place gets packed. Be prepared to wait and be kind :) We ordered a bunch of different slices and they were all delicious. Super thin, flavorful pizza's. One was on focaccia bread, also good just less sauce but still decent. Cool quick spot! Definitely a must try
My partner really wanted to try it and he brought it to a birthday party! It was amajor hit and disappeared in minutes. We got the vodka pizza packed of cheese and some basil leaves. It was delicious and reslly satifsying. The food is on the pricier side for pizza. It is well worth the try!

I came here for lunch and we had a good slice of pizza! You order at the front and they heat up the slice for you. Inside has really cool decor, and seating. For $7, I got the Chicken Tinga. We waited about 5-10 minutes before the slice was ready. The slice was good, but it was very crispy---to the point of almost crunchy. I thought the slice had good flavor, but I feel there may be better slices in SF. Regardless, it was good and I am glad I tried!

PARKING: only street parking and maybe a few parking garages, but if you're lucky enough you could find some parking EXTERIOR: in the tenderloin, around other shops, kind of a small entrance from the looks of the outside. INTERIOR: small space, mainly for takeout, a few tables, but not a lot where many people can sit. mainly just a place for people to eat and hangout then leave SERVICE: just go up to the counter and order then they will call your name and you pick up from over the pizza counter where the display is. FOOD: HOT BURRATA - the sauce, burrata, and whole pizza was just fresh. loved it CHICKEN TINGA - super good but some bites to me were just a tad bit bland. would rather get pepperoni OVERALL: super solid pizza place, love the unique types they have

No flop Was craving some pizza and stopped by for a few slices. Order at the counter, and they heat up the slices for you. Mostly went for the thin crust. They make things crisp here. The pizza has charred edges like Neapolitan which adds a nice smokey flavor. The crust has zero flop and a nice golden crust on top. Sauce has a tough of sweetness. I also enjoyed their use of fresh basil and the grated Parmigiano-Reggiano they throw on at the end. It's kinda like a new york slice, but a little gourmet? Very tasty for sure. Critiques: First off, each slice is $6-7, which is a bit steep. Maybe times have changed, but this is def not a budget meal, especially if you are eating multiple slices. Second, some of their already crispy slices have been sitting on display for some time and completely cooled down. When these slices are then reheated, there is a bit of an overcooked taste? Lastly, they only have a few topping options and the quantity of toppings on each slice (especially protein) is pretty sparse. I also ordered a slice of the Sicilian as well to mix things up. It was good, but the crust was just a touch too greasy for me.

One thing to note is that there is limited seating and this seems like a more of a grab and go kind of spot. We ordered a slice of Ruby, Hot Burrata, Chicken Tinga, and the Madonna. My favorites were definitely the Hot Burrata as the pepperoni was nice and crunchy and a nice combo with the hot honey - the pizza was hot and spicy and the Chicken Tinga - especially the green sauce on top was sour and delicious! I felt the Ruby was a bit dry and I wasn't able to taste the spicy vodka sauce which was a bit of a bummer as I was looking forward to it. The Madonna was pretty good and saucy. Overall, I was hoping to enjoy my food more, but I will be back to try other flavors.
Pizza by the slice in SF near Bill Graham. Been craving some pizza and found this place. Came in near closing so only had limited options. Hit the spot for some NY style pizza! The pizza was heated with a crispy crust and topped with fresh basil and Parmesan. The pepperoni was solid. The square pizza was a bit doughy. Spicy vodka sauce and pesto base were tasty. These slices satisfied my cravings! Ranch has nice dill flavor to it. Quick service and they have seating inside. Street parking.
Still amazing pizza just not my Bay Area #1 anymore. I would for sure recommend though as I know this place tops a lot of people's lists from the area and I love it as well.

**F O O D** : Sandwiches are AMAZING! Pro tip: preorder them because there's a wait. Who knew?! The pizza is also great; I love how they add more shredded cheese once your slices are reheated. Honestly, I wonder how many pizza boxes they go through considering the volume. **A M B I A N C E** : Perfect spot for the Tenderloin/Civic Center area. It's small and cozy, but fair warning that it can get pretty cramped during lunch rush. Come hungry and expect to elbow your way in during peak hours. **S E R V I C** Great service overall. The pizza is super good this review is not about the actual pizza itself but rather how I received it. I door dashed it today and when I opened the box I was shook at how it was cut. I think I'm being trolled bc who cuts pizza slices like this?? At first I thought they were cut in squares but after grabbing a few slices it literally seemed like a kid just use a pizza cutter starting running random lines through my pizza. It was in all types of fuck ass shapes and all the crusts pieces were trimmed off with no toppings?? LOL anyways the pizza is fire read more

One of the biggest pros of jury duty at the civic courthouse is the opportunity to try different restaurants in the area. I was eager to try the peking duck pizza at Outta Sight, but that's only offered at the Chinatown location, not this one at Civic Center. I stopped by Outta Sight during my lunch break and ordered one slice of Madonna (cheese) and one slice of Hot Burrata (coppa, burrata, hot honey). The Madonna was simple yet delicious, easy to hold and easy to eat; I would reorder. The hot burrata was oily but delicious, very cheesy and best enjoyed hot; it was a nice balance of sweet, spicy, and savory. During peak lunch hour, the place can get a bit busy. Seating is limited, but if you're able to sit down, take some time to enjoy the fun memorabilia along the walls. read more

Fantastic pizza slices! The thin crust was perfectly balanced. We got the burrata with hot honey, the farmers market (ricotta, cauliflower, garlic), and shroom slices. My favorite was the farmers market because it was so unique and flavorful. I even got hints of bacon even though there was none. The hot honey burrata was a close second! I do wish there were more than two small leaves of basil though. There's some seating inside but it may be limited. read more

I tried Outta Sight Pizza a few times before. Recently I participated in the a Tenderloin passport program and won $20 gift card. I bought 2 slices of chicken pizza and 1 slice of pesto pizza with it. The chicken pizza is spicy which I didn't like. I really enjoyed the pesto pizza which is very yummy and flavorful! They have unique toppings here which is good to try. The vibe is skaters and sports with skateboards and sports bobble heads as decorations. I got it to go this time but they have a few tables to sit and provide water too. read more
We stopped by Outta Sight recently to try the sandwiches as I've heard they're even better than the pizzas! We got the sandwich special *the hard french* and regular meatball sub. Loved, loved the meatball sub! Even as someone who's normally not a sandwich fan, this was delicious and I appreciated the mozz and arugula to balance out the rich meatballs. The marinara on the side was super tasty and flavorful - great poured over the sandwich. Their take on a french dip has short rib, provolone, crispy shallots, french onion dip with jus on the side. Loved the provolone, french onion dip combo with the meat as the cheese and sauce gave the meat a boost which was a bit dry by itself. Jus was great for dipping in. The sandwiches are huge for $20 and big enough to share! My partner and I got 2 and we still had half a sandwich left between the 2 of us. Definitely would recommend! Pro-tip they also take orders over the phone if you're looking to skip the line. read more

Fantastic slices of pizza. Had Outta Sight on the bookmarks for quite a while and managed to stop by over the holiday weekend. Plenty of pizza options by the slice, 30ish min wait for a full pie. But with slices that big, you won't need the latter. Service is super chill. Order at the counter and they'll heat up & dress your slices within minutes. Not a whole lot lot of seating inside, but enough for a slowish day. I had the Ruby (pesto, vodka sauce, marinara) and the Pepperoni slices. Staff topped both off with fresh basil & grated parmesan. I'm not usually a thin-slice guy. I love a big ol fluffy Detroit, Sicilian, or puffy crust wrapped around my teeth. However, they do thin-slice pizza justice here. Holds its weight when folded, not super topped to keep things balanced, and my favorite detail the burnt crust contrasting the sharp tomato sauce. I want to like Outta Sight me more that I did. We popped in and had a slice. Both of those we tried were fine. They did a good job refiring them for the most part, but my slice was too charred. I love eating the crust, but couldn't. They get bonus points for having one of my all time favorite sodas, Boylan's black cherry. In fact, their whole drink selection was interesting. The space is small, so you may not snag a table. I suspect I might be a big fan if I could try carryout. That will need to wait until another day. read more
I stopped by this location after visiting SF city hall. It's just a few blocks away. I was hoping to get some duck, but this location does not have duck! Apparently, only the Chinatown branch has it. Kind of disappointed. Anyway, I decided to try their other slices of pizza instead. The flavor felt a bit flat, and the tomato sauce ratio was on the lighter side. I get that too much sauce can make the crust soggy, but this ended up tasting a little dry and under seasoned. I definitely felt like it fell short. The shop itself is really cute! Heard this place is one of the best pizza in SF so I had to come check it out. Came on a Wednesday night and it wasn't busy at all. Had my guard up because it's in the Tenderloin, but wasn't too busy. Got a deep dish pepperoni pizza which was good. The pizza was light and crispy but wasn't fully warmed up. First time at Outta Sight Pizza and I was genuinely so impressed! We originally came in hoping to grab four slices of the thick pepperoni and jalapeño, but they only had two left for the day, so we grabbed those along with two other slices. Unfortunately, there ended up being an issue with part of our order, but before we even had the chance to say anything, the team had already taken care of it for us. That honestly stood out to me more than anything. There was no awkward back and forth, no need for us to complain or ask for anything. They noticed something wasn't up to their standard and immediately made it right on their own. That level of customer service, especially on our first visit, was such a great surprise. And the pizza itself was SO good. We ended up having the pepperoni and what I believe was a vodka cheese slice, and absolutely loved both. Great pizza, even better people, and the kind of customer service that makes you want to come back. I unfortunately didn't catch everyone's names, but huge shoutout to the team working today. You guys made an amazing first impression. We'll definitely be back! read more

Chill place to eat some pizza. Staff were friendly. Pizza was yummy!! Lamb chomp - very yummy and the lamb is not that gamey. In my opinion, the BEST pizza in SF. If you're a fan of NY style pizza, you have to try this spot. I believe they have 2 locations around the city. Super laid back/casual spot with quick friendly service. I've had it both by the slice in-store and ordered full pies for delivery... it never disappoints. I always go for the classic pepperoni. The pepperonis are exactly how they should be: small, spicy little cups, and super generous with the toppings. I always add ranch and hot honey on the side (non-negotiable). While it's definitely on the pricier side, it's 100% worth it because it's truly the best pizza in the city. Still need to branch out and try the other flavors! read more

Hands down the best slice of pizza I've had. It's in tenderloin so I went during the daytime for lunch. The streets were a bit sketchy but the store itself is very clean, punk, and modern. The staff was very friendly and I think the chef himself was there handling the requests. I got a slice of pepperoni fully dressed and everything about it is perfect. I'm not sure if the pizza itself is amazing or the "fully dressed" is the magic sauce but go get it you won't regret it! I want to try their Chinatown location next for more Asian inspired pizzas. read more

Hands down one of the best pizzas in San Francisco. Outta Sight never misses to impress me! I always go for the pepperoni pizza and they always do it right. I've been there at different times of the day and they are never super packed but expect to wait around 5 minutes for your pizza to get heated up. Food: - Pepperoni: 5/5! The crust is crispy, the tomato and cheese melts in your mouth, the pepperoni adds a crispy and spiciness taste, the basil adds a touch to the pizza. Love this place and would go back! read more
Great spot for a slice. They are quick, they have multiple different types of slices of varying toppings for sale and they have cheap beer. They also douse the slice in Parmesan before giving it to you. The slice has great structural integrity, the bread is cooked to a great consistency and has great flavor with the cheese, sauce and topping ratio. This was my second time eating Outta Sight, but this time the pizza was delivered to us. We had four different 18-inch XL pizzas (8 slices each): Pepperoni, Ruby (creamy vodka sauce, marinara, and pesto), Chicken Tinga (oven-baked shredded chicken, tomato-chipotle sauce, pickled red onions, and spicy salsa verde), and Hot Burrata (garlic, mozzarella, hot coppa, yellow onion, burrata, and hot honey). When we opened all four pizza boxes, they looked very similar, and it was difficult to tell which pizza was which. Interestingly, the pizza boxes did not have the Outta Sight Pizza name or logo on them. I actually had to ask the host where she ordered the pizza from. All four thin-crust pizzas were good, although some slices were a little hard to chew or bite into. The pizzas were not greasy, and the spicy pizzas were not overly spicy. I do wish there had been more meat, especially the chicken and pepperoni. Overall, I liked the pizza, but I can't say it's the best pizza I've ever eaten. read more
A New York-style pizza place in the Tenderloin owned by 2 Mr Jiu's alums? Who give back to the city and community? My interest is piqued! I love their unique pizza flavors which I've ordered delivery of (though the Peking Duck and butter chicken flavors are only at their Chinatown location.) I went to eat in-person at lunch with my cousin who lives nearby after our aunt sent us an article about the best sandwiches in SF. I was all, "I know that place! But they mainly do pizza!" We both got their famous meatball sandwich which had been on that SFGate/Eater article. It was ginormous and delicious, lots of flavorful and seasoned meat. They made their own bread whose exterior had a nice crispy crunch and the interior was tastefully saucy and oily inside, covered in marinara sauce. The service was wonderful (which wasn't easy despite there being a very large lunch line of SF City employees who've been called back to the office.) I love the ambiance which seems like an ode to SF with cool comic book trinkets and figurines and fun art. It's a fun place and I will keep coming back. read more

Outta Sight Pizza is a good spot to stop by for pizza by the slice if you're in the Tenderloin neighborhood of San Francisco. In addition to thin New York style pizza, there's also a few flavors that are made deep dish, Detroit style. My friends and I stopped by Outta Sight Pizza to try out their Peking duck pizza but were disappointed to find out that that flavor is only served out of their Chinatown location. We ended up trying four different slices, but the one that was most memorable to me was the BLT -- a slice finished with shredded lettuce and crema after it's been heated in the oven. In the absence of ranch, the crema was a nice substitute to bring creaminess and some moisture to the pizza. I really like that the slices are garnished after they've been re-heated. For instance, with another slice that we had, fresh basil and grated cheese was added after re-heating, and you really get the freshness and herbaceousness of the basil, because it's not wilted from the oven. Definitely planning to stop by the other Outta Sight location in Chinatown to try out some of their other flavors not available at this location. read more
