By Sunday AM, Issa came to visit with samples and thorough explanations of our options. He took preliminary measurements, walked us through the process, and quoted us a reasonable price. By Sunday PM, the materials were ordered, and by next Tuesday, his uncle & nephew showed up promptly at 8am, and worked nonstop until all the rooms were completed. What an amazing duo! You could tell they'e been doing this for a while, incredibly efficient. They took care of everything - moving furniture between rooms, setting up the padding and stretching the carpet, putting it down and tucking in the sides, and doing a great job of cleaning up afterwards. They even managed to replace the carpet around some permanent furniture, by cutting precisely around the fixture. Everything looked so pristine, and felt so soft like fine sand, and had that amazing new carpet smell. Plus they were friendly and considerate the entire time. Issa also dropped by during the day to check how things were going, and to gift us an area rug that fit our home's color theme perfectly.
