The photos and messages I reviewed show multiple promised return dates, ongoing scheduling issues, unfinished work, and concerns that remained unresolved for many months after payment was made. I understand that delays can happen in construction and landscaping projects. However, based on the information and documentation provided to me, this experience appears to have involved significant delays, incomplete work, and ongoing frustration for the homeowner. Throughout the project, we experienced repeated delays, missed appointments, and ongoing communication issues. We were given multiple dates when crews would return to complete the work, only for those dates to come and go without completion. We were also told at various times that they were short staffed or finishing other projects before returning to ours. The photos attached show some of the issues we are still dealing with, including: * Incomplete front and backyard railings * Railing sections left on-site instead of installed * Materials and personal items left on our property * Exposed wiring and unfinished lighting installation * Gazebo materials and packaging still left inside the structure * Cracked pavers The attached screenshots are examples of communications regarding project completion and scheduling. We understand that delays can happen, but after months of missed deadlines, unfinished work, and unresolved issues, we felt it was important to share our experience so other homeowners can make an informed decision before hiring this company. We have done numerous house projects with other companies and Mile High is by far the worst of any we've ever worked with. It's not even close. The issues we experienced are too many to count. Our Landscape Architect and Project Manager had a falling out with the owners and walked off the job on Day 1, setting everything back. The owners assumed project management and were clueless about the project and so much was lost in transition. It resulted in tons of issues, missed handoffs, cost escalations, delays, and frustrations for us as the customer. The owners are not serious, professional people and they do not have a customer focus. They don't own their work and will not be accountable for results. They will tell you they will provide updates and will then go dark. We had a big party at our house and before the project started, we said it had to be done in time for the event, and we were told "no problem at all" as the project would only be 4-6 weeks, and of course it took more than 8 weeks and our backyard was a mess for the event. They'll tell you anything to initiate a project and ensure that all bills are paid on time, but are extremely unreliable when it comes to delivering. It is extremely frustrating to work with this company and you, as the customer, will have to constantly stay on top of them and the work. You'll find yourself asking why are you even paying them (especially paying a premium)! Heed this advice and do not work with Mile High Landscaping. You will be sorry if you do.

We were so pleased with how it came out and several weeks out, maintenance has been very minimal with only some minor weeding needed.
