They cleaned up the work areas and left it all just as they found it. The tech was pleasant, easy to talk to and worked hard. I surely recommend this business for all your sprinkler and irrigation needs. They are really easy to reach as well which is always a plus.

They took forever and I went to watch and they did nothing and played on their phones. When I called them on it, and asked the owner for the invoice, the owner was extremely rude. I would strongly suggest using anyone else. If I could give negative stars I would. Looking at their reviews, I am not alone

This morning's setup was very professional and very safety conscious. The quote we received was reasonable. These guys are very good. Smooth and efficient. Doing an excellent cleanup job. Broom clean! Not so good. We now have cracks in 2 sections of our sidewalk. Would consider hiring again.

I leave a message asking to schedule an appointment or if I have an issue, and she always calls back later to confirm the appointment or discuss my issue. I also get a confirmation email with my appointment time, and they text me when the tech is on the way to my house. The last time I had my sprinklers winterized, Jerry Piper himself came out, and it's nice to interact with the actual owners of the company. They have done my regular winter/spring work on my sprinklers, as well as repair them pretty substantially when I first bought the house. They do great work, definitely recommend.

The man who took my call was very professional and when appointment day came I was texted when the service technician was headed my way. A half hour later and on time he went right at fixing the problem- actually two repairs were needed but 30 minutes later he had everything fixed and was on his way. What was most impressive was he wasn't looking to add more time or parts to beef the bill up. The technician was prompt, honest, hardworking and very courteous. I used to use Swingle which wasn't bad but these guys are a cut above and won a new customer. Definitely recommend Piper Sprinkler.

I sent out one of Yelp's RFQs a couple weeks ago, and Jazmine's was one of the first businesses to…read morerespond. They came out that weekend to give me a free quote, and I felt very comfortable with them. While I was a bit hesitant to do such a big job with a company with few reviews, I selected them based on my like for both Jose and Vera, their very fair quote, and their clear expertise when it comes to landscaping. So, what did I have done? I had the entire front and back yard xeriscaped (see before and after pics I uploaded). They really had their work cut out for them! The yard was a mess with dandelions and a plethora of other weeds, and had really been ripped up thanks to cutting down a few sumacs over the years (and, to be honest, my general disdain for lawn maintenance). No problem for Jazmine's - in just a day and a half they got everything dug out, laid weed cover (the good stuff), planted three trees, and put down all the rock. They were very patient with me in choosing the trees and the rock, and took an immense amount of pride in their work. Jose even came back the next day and added a little mulch around the new trees - I guess what they'd put down the day before wasn't quite up to his standards (even though it certainly met mine!). The whole crew were a delight to have around! Everyone was friendly and professional, working quickly and cleaning up after themselves. I'm guessing some of you have also been hesitant to book Jazmine's for big projects since they're new to Yelp, but I can vouch for them and their work 100%

At 2:57pm I got an email saying the ground was too cold and they wouldn't be coming to my appointment. I completely understand needing to reschedule if the ground is too cold, but it was frustrating that my time was wasted by sitting at home waiting for somebody to no show me. A call before my appointment would have been appreciated! I replied to the email saying I would be looking for sprinkler services elsewhere, and I received a very condescending email from the owner. I wouldn't recommend this company if you are looking for somebody reliable with customer service skills. I have attached a screenshot of the email.

Family Sprinkler did 2 different projects at my home - a drip irrigation system and artificial…read moreturf. On the positive side, they work fast. Unfortunately, their work is terrible and prices high. They connected the drip irrigation system to the HOT WATER supply at my home. When I figured it out about 2 months later, they did come out to fix it. But the rest was also shoddy work: no valve box outside, just a cut out cover (I added white plastic "floor" in photo as a temporary mud/dirt barrior before replacing the whole thing), no water resistant connectors for the wiring, only one zone/valve for watering front and back (what they recommended, which I followed without doing my homework so partially my fault). As for the artificial turf, they didn't properly prepare the subsurface and so it remained level for only a short time and is now uneven, with some parts sunken in (hard to see in photo, so bricks are there to show slope of hole), and has wrinkled where the other turf has been pulled . They also put seam in a section that could have been covered with a single roll (see photo) but they didn't have sufficient material to do it right. Miserable experience.
