My friends and I stopped by Woosah while we were in Saugatuck for a bachelorette party, and we…read moreloved both the experience and the overall vibe. Inside the cafe is a gift shop filled with art, apparel, and fun local items like shirts and sweatshirts, which was fun to browse. You place your coffee order at a little window outside, at least during the fall when we visited; I am honestly not sure how it works in the winter months. When we arrived, there was a decent line of people waiting, which we took as a good sign. Clearly, this spot is popular. I had a hard time deciding what to order because everything sounded good, but I ended up choosing the Harvest Moon Latte ($6.25). It had a good mix of brown sugar and spice flavor, and I did enjoy it overall, but the espresso was slightly more bitter than I typically prefer, and the drink was not very sweet despite the brown sugar flavor. Ultimately, I am glad I ordered it hot because the whipped cream on top melted into the drink and added a bit of sweetness, which helped balance the flavor. The staff did an excellent job handling the crowd and keeping things moving smoothly, even with a lot of people waiting for drinks. Since we had a large group, we were lucky enough to grab seats at the long outdoor table with swing seats, which was such a fun and unique feature. The outdoor seating area, in general, is cool and adds to the laid-back, artsy vibe of the cafe. Overall, Woosah is a great stop for coffee with a fun atmosphere and unique setup. It is definitely worth checking out if you are in the area.

Too cute! So I've been to Woosah Art & (Sidewalk) Coffee in GR. I didn't realize they had another…read moreoutpost in this area. I love that they have such a unique pup cup! My pups slurped it right up - it was like pumpkin with some whip. I also got myself a lil 'latte which I enjoyed. There's ample outdoor seating and again, super doggo friendly. What a cute spot in the area and the staff was so nice. Drinks came out quickly as well.

Respite Cappuccino Court is located in downtown Douglas. Their coffees are made with beans from Ferris Coffee and MadCap Coffee. We ordered a latte flight- Lavender Honey, Vanilla Carmel and Golden Dune. Since our order was to eat in, I expected the lattes to be served in a coffee mug, instead of paper to go cups. The Lavender Honey was my favorite and is one of their signature lattes. It was made with rich, bold espresso with a custom-crafted lavender honey syrup. I had the Lavender Honey Toast . It was very good and the lavender was not overpowering. The toast was French bread, spread with velvety house-made goat cheese mousse infused with lavender, and topped with a drizzle of honey. My husband had the Tourist Wrap Panini. A combination of egg, bacon, avocado with a tomato aioli spread. Food was served in a box. Overall, the food and drinks were very good, presentation could have been improved.

I even brought my pups with me so I posted them outside by the bench. Respite had DELICIOUS sounding summer specials with blueberry, but I opted for cold brew (cold Brew made from our featured MadCap Bolt Coffee Blend for 12 hours or longer). I also ordered a granola bowl (Muesli) - it was pretty premium at $12 BUT it was freshly put together and a really good plain full fat yogurt with really nice fresh fruit. The muesli rocked too - tasted like some really good homemade ones!
