Full disclosure: this place is busy. We waited in line outside for about 30 minutes to get inside to order. There are some tents and fans, as well as free bottled water available while you wait which helps make it a little more bearable. But I would do it all over again, that's how great this place is. Once you order there are a lot of seating options including an outside patio, indoor AC, and a bar with some nice AC circulation. Lastly, we arrived around 1 pm (they close at 4) and they were out of a few different menu options so I would recommend getting there earlier if you want your best shot at everything. I love that the owner was there and walked around and greeted everyone. We heard many conversations of people traveling from all over Tampa and the country to come check this spot out. The ribs were tender the sausage smoky and the greens seasoned to perfection. I'm not sure if I'm the only one who likes a little sugar in their potato salad, but I could tell they put a little in theirs which made it even better.
