It just detracted from the sandwich. My guest had a cup of soup, which was delicious, but had icy spots throughout and had to be reheated. Lunch for two people was over $52. That seems a little steep for a little by-the-way diner.

Ordering is simple, though I did notice some of the same sandwich names listed in different sections with different prices, which was a little confusing. I meant to ask about it but forgot. They have a wide selection of deli-style sandwiches (hot and cold), plus cheesesteaks and burgers, which I haven't tried yet. For a sandwich, fries, and a drink, it's been a little over $18, but with the portion sizes and quality, I think it's worth it. I'll definitely be back. The smash burger was good, but the true star of the show was the cheesesteak. AHHH the cheesesteak... with fried onions, mushrooms, and American cheese it's definitely worth trying. I was not a fan of the fries. I would skip next time. The fries have that coating on the outside of the fry, so they don't have to make fries to order, and they stay warmer and crispy longer. This deli is old school style with dine in or out and serving old school favorites. They sell my favorite summer side dish strawberry pretzel salad.
