Busy Saturday night. Delicious food was out appetizer at 15 mins at most and entree at 20 mins. Quality food. Ribs top notch. Sides excellent. Wings fantastic. Sauces good (liked the options) GBU dinner was over top fantastic. Good for 4-5 people. Something for anyone. Beans Mac n cheese and coleslaw were good standard sides. The desert counter was worth the stop. Trust your server. Debatable favorite bite of the night. Overall nice ambiance. Clean space friendly fast service. Would come back again. Well done.

We loved this restaurant. We were so hungry we ate most of it before we remembered we wanted to leave a review. But we arrived very hungry, got our appetizer quickly and our orders too. We finished most of the meat and many of the sides but even being hungry we took home lots of leftovers as well. Our server was very friendly and attentive. The place is noisy, but that's to be expected. It was busy, there were TVs on (muted, but sports get some folks excited) and lots of people having a great time. Also there are so many desserts. We'll be back to try as many as we can. We might even just stop by for dessert. Humongous selection. We took several home and loved them.

Never gonna go back! We paid $60 for this food! My husband and I paid cash! Our bill was $33.00 and we put $40 in the bifold and the server went picked up and then went back and told us that we only put $20 cash there! Uhhh we did not! My husband asked me $20 then $20 from His wallet.. not going back there again! Your employees steals from your customers!

Brisket Reuben (no sauerkraut). 2 addon ribs, wet. Bacon ranch potato salad.

Stopped in this location after Iller Creek hike. Passed it a hundred times. Dog friendly patio. Weather nice enough for me. There was a lot to choose from. Egg rolls, specialty eggs rolls. Nachos. All kinds of sandwiches. They were running a Big Mac knock off, which I'm strangely connoisseur of. Brisket Reuben on special, $4 off. Got no sauerkraut cause I only like sauerkraut on hot dogs. Got bacon ranch potato salad. Added 2 ribs. Unreal. Sandwich was insane. Bread was griddled perfectly. Difficult to convey how good it was. Potato salad was dense and so good. Ribs are St Louis spare ribs. Not baby back bish ribs. St Louis are a touch fattier but in the right way. I always prepare St Louis ribs at home. You'll rarely catch me with baby back ribs in my kitchen. They were so good. Great size for 2 for $8. Everyone was super nice in a chill way. 2 different people came out to give my dog love. So nice. Don't know how I haven't been here before. I always knew it was around. Glad I went. Not the cheapest spot, but nothing is cheap these days. Cheaper to feed family at Chili's than McDonald's. Treat yo self and go here.

    Taco Tuesday.

Taco Tuesday! Big (you'll need several napkins) delicious tacos and on Tuesday they are $4.00 off. There is a choice of meats: pulled pork, brisket, chicken and Turkey. This may be our new favorite BBQ place. Great service and large portions. Don't forget dessert. Then again you have to walk by the case going and coming out. Plenty of parking when we stopped in around 3:00. Go there, have some Barbecue and enjoy the music.

Wow! I love this place so much. I wish I lived here so that I could eat here more frequently because it was damn good. The decor is killer, the service is excellent, and the good was spectacular! I ordered the gringo tacos and the brisket egg rolls both were insanely filling and I probably should have only ordered one. Nevertheless, I have no regrets! They have a ton of pie options that I was too full to eat and they also served tea in mason jars which I loved. I cannot wait to go again the next time I'm in Spokane.

Great fun spot to drink with friends and have super yummy food too! Tasty looking dessert counter with great music playing and lovely and attentive service. Love the lighting and lots of parking!

Loaded baked potato and side salad

Decent as a BBQ place goes. The loaded baked potato was very filling and I had enough left over for a decent meal. The pulled pork on top was moist and had a nice smoky taste to it. The sweet tea is super duper sweet. I got the refill with half sweet and half regular...still crazy sweet. I don't even want to know how many calories I just consumed. The one criticism was the price of $19.00 for a potato, a salad and some pulled pork seemed a bit steep.

This is our go-to spot for BBQ in the valley. The portions are huge and service is always friendly. I highly recommend their "loaded" baked potatoes and egg roll appetizer. The ambiance is like that of a southern BBQ joint, and that's a good thing.

Us, drinking iced tea and waiting for sandwiches.

I'm going to disagree with the majority here. To me their food was pretty bland and tasted way too much of liquid smoke.

FANTASTIC BBQ!!! The other reviews on here are really…read morespot-on. The place is not the greatest to look at (inside or out); but the Texas BBQ is simply DIVINE. Best ribs I have had in the Spokane area, fall-off-the-bone, and smoky delicious. I love their flavor, doesn't need any additional BBQ sauce at all. Perfect as-is. One tip... A pound of the ribs is a lot more than I anticipated, especially with the sides. Way overbought, but was a great leftover meal. We tried the smoked brisket recently, also outstanding (Another tip: Ask for a more fatty cut, unless you prefer your brisket dry). They also have smoked meatloaf... I think I know what we will try next! This place is a bit hard to find as it is a couple blocks off of Freya, tucked back in a rural neighborhood near the future North-South Freeway. But Google it, as it is well worth finding. A true diamond in the rough. I hope they make it, and can possibly open in a more easily accessed area. BTW, the service was outstanding as well. Our server was checking on us every few minutes. I give the BBQ: BIG 5 STARS. SERVICE: 5 STARS. AMBIENCE: 3 stars, for now.

Wifey and I didn't do the lunch buffet, but one son with us did---and let me tell ya, for $16.95 that is one heckuva good deal in 2025. He engorged 3 plates as you see in my pics. The smoked Ribeye Sam I had was generous with the protein, and tender as all get out. I hit it with creamy horseradish, rather than their BBQ sauce. Another good deal was the single-trip Salad Bar, which can be upgraded with a small sam, and choice of meat. Wifey loves her Smoked Turkey, so it wound up being a great lunch in her opinion. Many folks do not care for the Longhorns, but fair or not, we don't compare them with anyone else in the BBQ world (to include my back deck). They are who they are, and we're definitely on their team...

When we walked in the person at the front was playing on their phone and ignored us. My husband thought we were supposed to seat ourselves so we started walking to a table when she says, "I'll be with you in a moment." Once seated a very nice waiter came around and provided us the menu and asked for our drink order. We let him know this was our first time here and if there was something he would recommend. He suggested the buffet so we could try more items. We also asked about their brisket as this is an indicator of true barbecue. We were informed that the brisket cost extra, but my husband still wanted to try it so we ordered a side. When we went up to the buffet we noticed they had two sections. The cold salad bar, and the hot food section. The cold salad bar section had many containers to top your salad, however most of them were empty. The hot bar consisted of rib tips, shredded chicken in a sweet sauce, baked beans, hot potato casserole, mashed potatoes, and cornbread. Though I was hoping to really enjoy our experience here, the food was subpar at best. We couldn't even eat the brisket without dousing it in barbecue sauce because it was so incredibly dry, though it was unevenly warmed making me suspect it was reheated in a microwave. As for the cornbread, it was cold like it was just brought out of the refrigerator, the beef tips were overcooked and hard, and the shredded chicken was too sweet. The saving grace of this experience was our waiter. I wish I remembered his name, but he was very kind and helpful. If it wasn't for him, this would be a one star based on our experience.
