Excellent motel overlooking keep Cape Cod Bay. If you are looking for a new modern, high tech motel, skip this place. It is quiet, rustic, and beautiful! Great service, especially from housekeeper named Fayoni. Very pet friendly, with its own dog run, swimming pool, and even tennis courts. Best part? Five minutes from downtown Provincetown. The staff is helpful all around, and the view just can't be beat.

Great hotel near Provincetown! Pet friendly hotel with beachy hotel rooms (ours also had a deck and a view of the ocean and Provincetown!). Very reasonable price for what you get. Service was great, and the continental breakfast was good too! Would definitely come back here! HOWEVER, Wifi doesn't work and there's no phone in the room. 4 starts only cuz wifi doesn't work and there's no phone in the room so if you have a question, you have to go to the main office. Everything else about this place was great!

    Twin Queen ocean view!

My wife and I stopped over by chance with our French Bull Dog Minnie while touring. What fun! Clean rooms with fridges, microwaves, fantastic views and a wonderful staff! From Ken and Roxanne at the front desk to our wonderful housekeeper, Fayoni we had such are having such a wonderful time we immediately extended our stay. (A great place to recuperate from weeks on the road and a bit of a cold!) The rooms are a bit retro, but clean and perfect for the setting! They offer a nice continental breakfast too. You may have to juggle, dance and wave your hands a bit to get your email depending upon weather and the reception in your room but it works eventually. The dog park, pool and tennis court overlook the ocean and P-Town from the bluff so everyone can enjoy the view - but get a room with an ocean view porch. You'll be glad you did! We'll be back! :-D

Best view for a dog friendly hotel. Very dog friendly, clean rooms and kind staff. I will stay here again with my dog for sure.

Three years ago my wife and I decided to come down for a week in August, the cottages we rent in June were booked so we decided to try Topmast resort and have loved everything about it. The staff truly makes this place enjoyable,so friendly, hardworking, welcoming and helpful. The view from the balcony in our room is just incredible. Although we rarely used the pool, gym sauna, hot tubs or tennis courts,it's great knowing they are available. The beach and view is beautiful, and the fact that they rake all the seaweed off the beach makes a huge difference to other rental properties. There is a restaurant on property too that is convenient.

No response until 4:13 from someone called Tash saying there was availability, and to let them know if interested, and they would respond with deposit instructions. I replied at 4:52 PM, saying I was interested and requested clarification on the rate, because it was more than what their rate schedule on the website said. I had told my wife it was a beachfront room, and we were really excited. We go to the outer Cape for a week every summer, but did not book ahead this year as I had recently started a new job, and I was scrambling to find something last minute for 2 nights. As of 6:55 PM, I did not have a response, so decided to call. Couldn't understand the name with the accent, but told the person I was in contact already and wanted to book the room, and was told nothing was available. I asked how, I was already in contact, and I was told she came in at 3, there were multiple people taking reservations. HOW IS A PENDING RESERVATION NOT COMMUNICATED??? An offer for a room was made. HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT after getting so excited. This is the worst thing a reservation desk could do. Saying in email that the message does not guarantee a reservation doesn't mean you have BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

What a lovely hotel! I stayed here w my daughter for a girls getaway, Mon-wed. We booked a room w…read moreno ocean view but was happy to be upgraded to a room w ocean views. The hotel was fairly quiet not crowded this first week in June. And all adults which was refreshing. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The continental breakfast was perfect, fresh red grapefruits, good quality breads for toasting, hard boiled eggs, assorted juices and coffee, they even had almond milk, fresh bananas, cereals, I loved the unsweetened greek yogurt, peanut butter and spreads. All well done and clean dining area w pretty views. We played tennis on the hard court which was fun, they had racquets and balls but they could use a fresh can of tennis balls. The water pressure in the shower was somewhat low but manageable. The views from the room are beautiful and we caught an amazing sunset right outside our back porch. The location was perfect, just 5 miles from Ptown and many beaches close by. Great time of year because we didn't have to pay beach parking fees. The pool was beautiful too, u can see the ocean from the pool, but u can't walk to the beach, the highway is there. I wish the pool was heated, otherwise it's quite nice. The beds were comfortable not too firm or soft, just right, but the pillows almost too big and puffy. I always bring my own pillow so I was fine. Complimentary take home slippers was a surprise. There were pool towels and bag if you forgot your own. Overall a great stay and I would definitely return and recommend!

And our room is lovely but none of this makes up for: hours of teenage boys yelling and playing football in the pool, out of control dogs barking, walls made of paper so you can hear everything your neighbor is doing - talking, watching tv, sneezing, stomping, yelling at dog...Luckily we only have one night here but this may well be one of the worst hotel experiences I've had. When I pay over $500 per night and I have driven 7 hours to relax this place totally disappoints. If management has any integrity they will compensate me some amount - usually the rooms are about $150 per night so they gorge during the high season. But honestly, I wouldn't stay here for free.
