We go back each year with family and now my grown daughter comes. You simply can't beat the location. It's the view of the bay and to the left and right shoreline. You're away from the hustle and bustle of places like Hyannis or Provincetown, but close enough so that when you want more activity it's a reasonable car ride away. PBV has always had a friendly atmosphere, people make new friends and then end up seeing each other year after year. The on site managers that joined a couple years ago can't do enough for you and treat you like family. The cabins and units are stocked with all you need and if not, the managers are happy to oblige. I can't wait to go back... counting the days!

My family has been staying at the Braemar for the past 4 years. My husband had stayed there…read morepreviously as a child/young adult. The ground are beautiful and the pool is spectacular. My daughter loves it! The chairwoman was great and filled us in on the changes and everything going on. The views from the back deck are incredible to watch anytime of day. We have stayed in room 17 for the past 3 years and this was the year that we decided we will most likely we finding a different room or place. 17 the front room doesn't have air conditioning and with the door open it doesn't change the temperature. We give our daughter the bedroom for safety reasons. The bathrooms are very uncomfortable and dated but work fine. The water pressure needed to be adjusted but we figured that out quickly. The main issue we had was the bed. The bed in the front room is like sleeping on a box/stone. Over the past few years it has gotten worse. We ended up leaving early because of it. Neither one of us got a good night sleep the entire time we were there this time. We really do enjoy the complex and the people who run it.

Our rooms had everything we needed except beach towels( but we brought our own). There is a pool available. Smoking is allowed 10 ft away from the building, but there are tables and spaces for you to comfortably do that. Our host was awesome and so easy to talk to. If I remember correctly, i think his name was Maurice- The guy knows his town! We were pointed to the best places around end of Cape Cod, he gave us all the details about the bus and any beaches, the restaurants and even ideas to do for the day! The location wasn't SUPER close to Provincetown, but it was perfect enough for us to get out of town and relax. The drive into town made us happy we stayed right outside due to the parking situation. I hope to go visit Cape Cod again - and will absolutely stay at this location.

My stay at Truro Beach Cottages was pretty good. I stayed in a small cabin close to the beach, so I…read morehad access to the water for early morning walks. My family enjoyed the small community-based cottages with our friends. There were even beach chairs and umbrellas provided for every cottage. There is also a kitchen with a stove and fridge provided next to the living room area. The cottages are small, and you would have to make your own bed. If you need anything like toilet paper, towels, or extra blankets, you should call the main number and they would provide what you need in a speedy amount of time. The only downsides that I can think of regarding the stay included that the beds weren't too comfortable, there weren't enough trash bins, and nowhere to put all of the dirty towels. Checkout also included dropping off your trash at an unknown location and doing a sweep of the houses. Check-in was not cheap so I don't understand why it is that we have to clean the house that we're staying in too. It's a nice place to stay so I recommend it, but definitely keep all of these things in mind.

This company has broken ADA regulations, Mass General State law, and also broke Federal Law about…read moreservice animals. Further more Airbnb has stood by this discrimination and by this law breaking and did nothing. The host was awesome and it was not their fault. However, the issue relies with the owner of the complex. They have broken several laws and lucky not to receive a lawsuit and as for airbnb I will be speaking with a lawyer.
