The boys had a wonderful time. You had to see some of their reactions, they had me in tears! If you've done everything and are looking for something else you and the kiddos can do, you have to try this. It was all the kids could talk about on the way home ;) Next time, it's Daddy's turn!

It was the first time for my boyfriend and I to experience virtual reality. We had a great time! I booked a station for the both of us for an hour. The staff was really helpful in showing us how to play certain games and when we wanted to switch using the goggles. When we were leaving, they told us to book 2 booths so that we could play together the next time we come in.

My special needs son has worked hard at school to earn this place as a reward and I must say this is the best reward ever!! Brandon and Joey we're very welcoming and accommodating! They worked with my child individually and even played 2 players with him. My son wants a job here but unfortunately he's only 8, this to him is his dream MAN job! We are definitely returning, thanks to the dream team at VR!

My 13 year old son loves this place. And if you get a groupon it's totally worth every penny! They even have the old school games you can play. $5 for a 30 min. Stroll down memory lane!plus the guys that work here are super nice and helpful!

When I got home, I noticed the packaging was torn in multiple places and the original factory seal had clearly been removed and replaced with a different sticker. The controller's color also didn't match what was shown on the box. I immediately returned to the store to exchange it, only to be told they wouldn't allow a return or exchange because I had opened the box--even though it was obvious the package had already been opened before I bought it. (The two ladies acknowledged and admitted it was ripped when they sold it to me and claimed the multiple tears on the box were from putting it on the sales rack - which is an absolute joke). The only option offered was another trade-in for $15 on a controller I had just purchased for $79.99 less than two hours earlier. It's clear I was sold a pre-owned or previously opened controller as new, and GameStop refused to stand behind the product. I feel completely taken advantage of and ripped off and will not be shopping here ever again. Buy your games elsewhere--this place is a rip-off and doesn't stand behind what it sells. Try Walmart or Target they will still be in business years from now and will let you return/exchange - unlike GameStop.

Our party was on a Friday night at 7pm and we were lucky enough to have the entire building to ourselves that night. The bathroom was clean. The vr headsets were clean and properly sanitized after each kid took a turn playing. Seemed like there was a good variety of games for the kids to choose from. While 4 kids played using the vr headsets, the other 3 kids were still entertained by playing video games on a switch. The staff, (Harley and RJ) were great. They were professional, very knowledgeable, polite, and courteous. Their explanations on how to use the vr sets were clear and easy for the kids to understand. They made themselves available for questions and assistance during gaming. My kids loved them. They said "The workers were goated. The girl was lit! She kept roasting our friend Lennox and it was funny! And the guy was chill. He kept giving w (winning) tips! " There were a few board games there (Operation, Connect 4, Uno and a few others) and Harley offered to play a board game with my 6 year old who wasn't participating in the gaming experience. That was very nice of her. I would recommend this place and would definitely take my kids there again.

We hadn't planned on a VR birthday party, but after a quick Google search and some price comparisons with other birthday options for a 10-year-old, we found it to be very reasonably priced for what was offered. Since we weren't sure what to expect, I called and spoke with a woman who provided clear, detailed, and knowledgeable information about the party options and how the timeline would work. We ended up booking a 4-8 person party starting at 10:15 a.m. without food (though we later ordered two pizzas through them because I got lazy). On the day of the party, we arrived at 10:00 a.m. and were greeted by two friendly staff members who walked us through the plan. The kids were split into groups of four and had two 30-minute VR sessions, followed by a pizza break, and then two more 30-minute sessions. Everything ran smoothly and exactly as described. Since it wasn't busy, they even let the birthday boy have a little extra time so he could play with all seven of his friends at least once. During downtime, the kids could also play on a Nintendo Switch they had available. At the end, the birthday boy got to do a special "walk the plank" experience while his friends watched, and the staff was flexible and accommodating when it came time for cupcakes. Overall, this was a 10/10 experience for both the kids and the parents. The staff made everything easy and stress-free. We'll definitely be back to try it again as a family.
