I cannot comment on quality of cabinets or installation since we decided to go the custom route, but the materials we did get from Pro Source and the service level we experienced on flooring was top notch!

The countertop is popping out of the corner like an eyesore as pictured. I've spent countless hours on this renovation to remove the previous wet bar that stuck out of the corner in order to create a modern look flushed to the wall. Well, ProSource slapped it right back regardless of the months we've spent on the spec. When we reported the issue and missing piece, no solution is confirmed. It's been 7 days and I'm still waiting to hear back from ProSource as to when the team is going to make the fix according to the agreed-upon spec. I will update here when I receive an update for a solution to replace the countertop to the spec and supply the missing mechanism. So far, I've only experienced incompetency and do not recommend ProSource.

They told me I had to buy a new blank or they couldn't do it. People shop at places like Jabos to get the service you can't get at the box stores. The young man couldn't figure out how to operate the machine and wouldn't admit it. Then he got a lady who gave me the "you have to buy from us" routine. Neither were friendly. Then the manager finally came and gave me the same routine. Finally I asked him if he was going to be able to help me. I asked the question in a way that got to the point and made him decide. He stammered around and never did answer. At that point I did say "shit" to which he got immensely offended and started pointing his finger at me. "The new machine won't let us". Surely there is an override and in the rare event that there isn't, I hope the owner takes note. Needless to say, but I won't be returning to the local small business because of two things. Poor attitude and poor service. As the manager of a small store, you have to make big decisions. they made me feel as though I was at one of the big box stores. The sad thing is that I shop there because I had come to enjoy and expect the service, in a world that service is hard to find. Before you judge me, let me ask you. If it was your store which decision would you make. Make a key or 4-5$?

Chad called me back promptly and came over to inspect the flashing and fixed some damage. The leak still continued and I messaged him again. Since the work was out of warranty Chad did let me know that there will be a cost for the fix, which was expected. There was no forecast for rain over the next few day and within 4 days one of their pros checked the flashing again and found a few areas that needed to be patched. He took care of it within a few minutes and did not charge me for his services. Such levels of commitment and service are hard to find. I will defintely use Valentine in the future and will highly recommend this local business.
