I'm not the biggest steak fan but this is one of my favorite places to go when that mood hits me. Now the blooming onion on the other hand I'm a hugh fan of. Top 5 appetizer from any restaurant for me. The three cheese spinach dip is amazing too. read more

They just lie. I stopped there in a search for fresh MD jumbo lump crab meat. She showed me what she had and pulled a container out of the display. I asked again if it's fresh jumbo lump and she said Yes. We purchased it and tasted it when we got home. It was gross. It was not fresh, definitely pasteurized and it did not appear to be local jumbo lump at all, but more the Venezuela crab meats available. This is not the first bad experience there, but I decided to give it another try and now I, nor my seafood loving friends with be making purchases there. I hate being lied to, I mean that's just so wrong. read more

Stepped in for lunch today. I started with the house salad with ranch dressing. It was excellent that I had the 8 ounce sirloin with the side of broccoli. It was also excellent. My server did a great job and my food came out quickly. Also, my server Arielle did a great job. She was very nice. read more

Outback Steakhouse - 8 ounce sirloin with a side of broccoli, outstanding - Steakhouses Near Me - West Manchester, Pennsylvania

We sat down and waited about 10 minutes before anyone finally came over to greet us and take our drink order. Less than a minute later, another server walked up and asked if someone had already taken our order. When we told her yes, she immediately started arguing with her coworkers right in front of us about how "there's a rotation for a reason" and how annoying it was that someone took her table. She then got the manager involved, and there was cursing and arguing in front of us. The manager told her, "Yeah, that's your table. Go ahead and take it." Instead of apologizing or handling it professionally, she replied, "I don't even want them anymore." She was stomping around, acting rude, and creating a scene. At that point, we got up and walked out. I've never experienced such unprofessional customer service at a restaurant. Employees arguing, cursing, and fighting over tables in front of customers is completely unacceptable. It was easily the craziest customer service interaction I've ever had, and we won't be returning. read more

First of all, why on earth would one waitress have 7 tables of which two were large groups? Utterly ridiculous. It took 10 minutes to get a glass of water. Now onto the food. The steak was overcooked. I like medium rare. It was bone dry couldn't cut it with the steak knife. The quality of the food has severely gone down. I don't suppose I'll be going back. A disappointing visit for sure. read more

Outback Steakhouse - That is supposed to be medium rare. I did eat most of the potato. - Steakhouses Near Me - West Manchester, Pennsylvania

I was really surprised and impressed by my overall here. Service from the time we walked in the door. And through out our entire meal was above average. This place was very busy and our service did not lack at all. All of our food was cooked to order and was hot. It was even spaced out very well.i have been to the Outback in camp hill Pennsylvania. This location has it all over it. Even the food has a better quality and presentation here. I do recommend this location. And honestly I was that hungry when I walk in. read more

I never write reviews but tonight's dinner was so bad I had to do it. The manager refused to help our table when an issue arose with the meals. He was rude and ruined my son's birthday dinner. The food was undercooked and the drinks were so sweet we couldn't drink them. We were not given any refund and the manager wouldn't even listen. Do it go here. read more

Stopped for a quick dinner around 6:00 Saturday. I was anticipating a wait, but to our surprise, we were seated right away. The restaurant was very busy, but our waitress was extremely prompt. We put in our order for appetizers and drinks right away. Our appetizer came out and we put in our dinner order. Within 10 minutes. our dinner was served piping hot. Our waitress was prompt and refilled my tea without me having to ask. The food was cooked very well and was delicious. This is one of the better outback locations that we have been to. Definitely give them a try. read more

Was from out of town and missed turn for Quaker Lube for Tuesday all can eat wings... stopped here as figured quicker... I was wrong... place vacant... bone in ribeye with cap onion was my order with Brussels sprouts, baked potato... steak quality Outback needs to improve.. Longhorn, Texas Roadhouse meat always Seems higher quality... the cap onion was sweet excellent best onion I ever eaten ... Brussel sprouts not tender or easy eating... I was expecting grilled garlic sprouts type flaking to eat. Baked potato ok , ordered with butter and sour cream and skimped on both. I was a heart surgeon in training cutting out and off large and small pieces fat from the steak. The picture shows my successful pile of steak debris ... minimal quality of meat left. The seasoning of steak was excellent and just needed more meat . read more

Have been here before. Never really had a bad experience until tonight. Seated right away. Busy but no one waiting. Sat at our table for 9 minutes before anyone came by. Appetizer and drink order taken. Drinks out quickly as was appetizer and bread. Took another ten minutes for our food order to be taken. Ordered two center cut sirloins, both medium. When the came out I could barely cut the one end. Then cut into the center and blood poured out. Not pink. Not a little bit. Raw. I could put my finger in it and it wasn't very hot. Definitely not finished. So when they came back out, they were well done. Not medium. Could barely cut it. According to manager the wait staff entered in for medium well. At this point we had enough and told the manager we were not waiting again. To the managers credit everything was comped and we left. read more

After todays visit they may want to change their name from Outback Steakhouse to OUTSTANDING STEAKHOUSE. I give this place 5 stars We were greeted and sat by very friendly staff on our arrival. We received drinks right away and we ordered our bloom in' Onion they even remembered the second sauce. I ordered the ribeye ( med rare) and it was done perfectly. I also added a lobster tail ( although it was pricey for the size) and it was fantastic. My son had the chicken tenders and he also said everything he had was excellent. Much much much better than last time with the delivery. Our server Crystal was super nice. Very attentive but not in your face. Well above average. Now to the food. The petals were excellent, I prefer ranch but Ronnie likes the bloomin onion sauce. Although I like spicy my stomach do not. Salad was sooo good and the loaded baked potato Ooooo yeah. Steak was ehhh I wasn't ever going to go back there but we received a gift card. Glad I went back. Although I will never get take out or delivery again I will return to eat there. I will also ask for Crystal's section. I will gladly recommend giving them a chance as long as it's eat in. Thank you Crystal. read more

Place seems to always disappoint me these days. The food was ok/good. The staff was just slow and seemed to not care. Granted I was their for lunch, but my gosh, take your sweet time bartender. People who go for lunch are usually in a hurry. Could not al la crate any items, because there wasn't a button, and the manager said it couldn't be done??? Give me a price, it's called business. WOW. Just WOW. Come to the York Outback and get the Twisted Ribs. It's not often you see a completely new take on an old favorite, but they really found a winner with these. The ribs were coated in the seasoning used on the signature Bloomin Onion and then deep fried. YES! Deep fried RIBS! There were crispy on the outside and falling-apart tender inside. They featured a tangy BBQ sauce and a drizzle of the Bloomin Onion dip. I will be back just to eat a big pile of these. My other favorite menu item is the wedge salad. Whatever they use to season the steaks are delectable and even the cheaper cuts are tender and delicious. The staff and service at this Outback are outstanding. The restaurant itself is still pretty new and has a cool industrial vibe. read more

To me the Holy Trinity of great dining is good food, good service and good prices. This place has all three. Our server was MacKenzie and she made sure everything was a-ok. Extra drinks and bread appeared without the need to ask. The food arrived promptly and the quality and portions were first rate. We got the signature blooming onion as a starter. Wonderful. My wife and son had steak with lobster Mac n cheese. I opted just for steak with mixed vegetables. Everything was delicious. The price was beyond reasonable. All in all a pleasant dining experience. read more

I came here a week or two ago for the first time. Our server, Toni was AWESOME! The strawberry lemonade was amazing as well, I ended up getting a cup to-go. The bread we got was phenomenal too. The price wasn't too bad either. The only complaint I have is the lack of sides. Not a lot of vegetables. I ended up getting the baked potato which tasted sweet for some reason. But overall was a good experience. The hostess was very nice too when I asked for a booth. read more

The sirloin steak was among the best I've ever had. The bread was amazing. The rice pilaf was great. The ceasar salad had a little to much garlic. For my birthday I got a card from the staff, a coupon for a blooming onion, and free ice cream. My meal was under $20. read more

We used the app to join the wait list, it told us to arrive by 6:30, we wanted to go earlier and ended up about an hour early. They were able to give us a 15 minute wait time. We stayed in the car waiting for a text message, never got one, so we checked the app and it said the table was ready. Not really sure how long our table was ready, thankfully we checked the app! Food was delicious! Our waitress was great! Slightly disappointed in the small menus still, but just glad to be able to sit down in restraints again. read more

Just want to start out by saying that our service and waitress were excellent. The kitchen, not so much. I 100% don't recommend this place if you have a food allergy. They wrap the steak in foil and basically boil it with no seasoning. I've never seen a steak look this bad. You're a steakhouse, figure it out or say you can't make it without your allergen in it. Had them make another one with at least some seasoning and it was rare (ordered medium rare) We needed to make it on time for a movie so we didn't bother sending that one back. read more

forgot half our meals, steak was cooked wrong and so much fat on it. service was ok but not very welcoming.

The new steak and shrimp pasta needs to be taken off of the menu. Tasted like the cook had a hangover. I did not like it at all.
