I got the same thing I ordered yesterday, mild wings they were golden brown, probably the best ones I have had from there. today they were literally dark, and the taste was terrible. The salad never came, and the steak was tough and full of gristle, the truth is everytime I come here I regret it, something is always screwed up, the wait is always long and the service is awful. You are better off trying to find a steak elswhere. Our Server Niko was fantastic. Really nice guy and served us well. My wife had ribs, sweet potato and asparagus, I had a salad and a sweet potato. Everything was great. The best part was Niko. A nice guy, great server, knew the menu very well but really just treated us so nice. God bless you Niko, you are one in a million. I've never had a bad experience at the Macedonia Outback until now, but yesterday's curbside to-go order was incredibly disappointing. My pickup time was between 4:18-4:23 PM. I arrived around 4:08 and pulled into a curbside space. A curbside employee came out to my car--I rolled down my window, and she just stared at me without saying a word. I had to initiate the conversation by saying I had a curbside order and giving my name. She walked away without another word. By 4:23, my order still wasn't ready. I waited 10 more minutes, received no update or text (even though the app marked the order as "complete"), so I went to the curbside door. No one was there. After a few more minutes, the same employee came out and said, "We have your wings, but nothing else," and walked away again. When I asked if there was an updated time, she just shrugged, said "I don't know," and walked away. I asked her, "That's it? Just 'I don't know'?" and she said nothing in response. I had to go inside the restaurant to speak with a manager, who kindly checked and brought out the full order. I had already tipped online, but due to the poor service and lack of basic communication or courtesy, I asked to reverse the tip--which the manager accommodated. When I got home, I realized they forgot the fries, too. This was a frustrating experience from start to finish. Poor communication, no follow-through, missing items, and a complete lack of professionalism from the curbside staff. This is a nice Outback outside of Cleveland. My wife and I had stopped here while on a road trip for some dinner. We had just a little bit of a wait but were seated within 5 minutes. I placed a significant sized order online...enough to feed a family of 5. So I cannot speak to the ambiance or service. But the burger and steaks were HORRIBLE. I ordered two medium ribeye steaks. Both of them were overcooked. Same was true of the medium-well burger it was also dry and thrown together rather sloppily. My advice if you're going to risk ordering online, then order under your desired temperature because it will be severely overcooked, almost inedible. Even the side dishes were poorly prepared. The asparagus was also overcooked, as were the baked potatoes. The saving grace was the lobster tail, wings, and blooming shrimp (which were tiny but flavorful) and the salads. I have ordered Outback online from other locations, but this by far was the worst food experience I've had with Outback. Very disappointed. read more

We had drinks and a blooming onion, then salads, and bread then I got the outback burger which was cooked perfectly, re da should have asked me what type of cheese, she didn't so there was none. It was still very tasty! We also had grilled chicken with bbq sauce. The service was good and the food was too! We did wait 30min to be seated it left full and happy! We dined in at outback Macedonia location 03/28/2021. The host sat us promptly we arrived around 11:05 am. Spencer was our server and he was amazing. He was very attentive from the time we sat down until we left. Spencer made sure we had what we needed before we needed it. Our food came out hot and was very good. Of course we got the blooming onion for the appetizer. I had potato soup and Caesar Salad. My husband had the bone in ribeye with loaded baked potato and asparagus and it was cook perfectly. Just got into town from Harrisburg, Pa and we were starving. Nice waitress and came in after dinner rush on thurs. It wasn't so busy yeah !! He ordered 2 Stella's with dinner! No apps cause that would ruin our dinner ( just bread) haha. I wanted the 10 oz ribeye and baked potato with an upgrade salad, the blue chz & pecan my fav!! Ned rare is also perfect. But I did forget to tell them lightly salt please. So I'll be puffy tomorrow oh well. And no desert whew.. happily full! Bf had the 12 oz Sirloin med rare with baked and upgrade salad with a wedge salad. Wow that was huge and good as well. But I'm partial to my salad here at Outback. G'Day mate! Throw another shrimp on the barbie. On our latest trip down under we found wonderful service in a clean environment. I don't have a lot to say about the food- it's a chain steak house, and you either like them or you don't. I will say on this trip they were way too liberal with the salt on the meat, to the point that it was almost inedible, but since this place is generally rock solid consistent I'll give them a pass this time since we were dining during a global pandemic. Our server really made the experience though! She was SO friendly and attentive, and went out of her way to be kind to my dad. In my book, that makes you an angel. I placed an online order this morning, to have been delivered at 12:15pm. When the order arrived, it was wrong. I called the restaurant itself and Dylan picked up the phone by asking if it was me. She said that the driver gave the wrong name and got the wrong order. Okay... One hour later, my order still hadn't arrived. I called back and spoke with Dylan again. She said pretty much that it's not their problem because I ordered through a 3rd party (from the Outback website, mind you) and they have no idea when drivers are available. I said it's their issue, and why are they making it mine, and I wanted to cancel the order and be refunded. Dylan kept getting louder and louder telling me she couldn't help me, which really ticked me off, and then she hung up on me. We order quite frequently from Outback, and up until today, the orders have been good, and we've never had to deal with self important, rude Princesses like Dylan when there was an issue. If you give the wrong orders out, own up to it. Make it right. This person wouldn't acknowledge her screw up at all, and then she acted so out out of place when I brought it up. I called Door Dash customer service. They told me that because I ordered from the Outback website, they couldn't refund my order. Dylan told me because I ordered from a 3rd party, there's nothing she can do. So now what? Dylan messed up, and I get hung up on, and now I'm out $45.00? This store needs to work on their customer service and get their act together. I've never dealt with such a snotty, rude, child before anywhere. We won't be ordering from Outback again. I want a full refund. ** UPDATE ** I received a voice mail at 2:25pm from Door Dash stating they tried to deliver ( I left ), and they were taking the order back to Outback. This is the review update, the original is at the bottom. It just gets worse. In the last two weeks we've din d in once, and had takeout once. The dine in experience wasn't bad. Steak was ordered medium and came out well done. No biggie. They made me another one. My wife's potato had a huge black spot inside but she didn't say anything. The wait staff is always good, it just seems that the back of the house management is sorely lacking. Today I called and ordered a 12 ounce sirloin, medium, and shrimp with mashed potatoes and veggies, and a 9 ounce sirloin, medium well, with a baked potato. I should have paid more attention when they brought the order out. Got home and the mw was rare and the m was well done. Plus, once again my wife's baked potato had a large black spot in it. Additionally, there was no shrimp with my 12 ounce sirloin. I called to ask if they had put the order in correctly and on the 3rd transfer got a manager. I inquired and was told, no there was no shrimp ordered with the sirloin. Not a sorry or an oops or anything else. It would have been nice to at least have gotten an apology. I actually did ask for the shrimp. We'll find another place to go to from now on. ...................... This location is usually pretty good but every once in a while something wacky happens. I had a big to go order yesterday totaling over $60. In the order was a loaded baked potato. Here is the tiny cup I received with chives, shredded cheese, and bacon bits. You can see from the picture that there are essentially five tiny cut pieces of chive, half a teaspoon of bacon, and less than a tablespoon of shredded cheese. Pretty pathetic. read more

I ordered a steak, medium and a baked potato with butter. Super plain, I know but I don't eat this too often. I had left overs to take home at The end of dinner. My customer service was outstanding! My friend took me to Outback in Macedonia for lunch. I ordered the burger thinking a steak house would have a really great burger. I requested it cooked medium rare. The burger was a frozen patty and was cooked well done. The server was very receptive and said she would bring another burger. After my friend was almost done with her meal my new burger came and it was actually still cold inside and totally inedible. I was offered another meal but at that point she was completely done with her meal. The server removed the burger from her bill but I left with nothing to eat and our twice a year afternoon lunch ruined. She had driven from Mentor. You should consider removing the burger option from your menu. It is truly horrible. read more

We are local residents and frequent restaurants in the area often but this will not be one again in the future. From the service, quality of food and customer service. For the restaurant to not be extremely crowded the food turn around was quite long. After patiently waiting for our food, 2 meals came out room temperature. My daughter's food was over cooked. My ribeye was on the colder side , and my baked potato was also. The manager Tara* came over to check on the meal as she replaced my daughter's meal and offered to throw my Medium rare steak BACK on the grill to "warm up". I refused as that will change the inner temperature of the steak. She smirked and walked away. My steak sat untouched. I am not a comp. Type of customer but it would have been nice to for better customer service resolution then to potentially over cook my steak. They offered 15% which I'm guessing was for my daughter's meal, but I'm quite disappointed in how my meal was handled. $30 for a steak I have to now reheat at home. I will never return to this location solely based on that one interaction. Save your money and time. read more

Listen, I dont leave 1-2 star reviews often because I like to believe everyone is trying their best so I give the benefit of the doubt. This location though, blows my mind. Yes, I know it's an outback so it's not a pillar of great steak but the salad is awesome & the kids steak is a good deal. My steak is never cooked right. It's always severely undercooked or overcooked. For reference I order Medium or Medium Rare (Rare is reserved for places like Marble Room). The service is also really bad. We no joke waited 30 mins in a pretty empty restaurant for our post meal check multiple times & no one was around so we couldnt even ask a different server. Listen, I've worked in a restaurant so I understand things happen, off days, etc but every time I come here or get take out I'm always super disappointed. If you want Outback I recommend the Westlake location. The steak is hot & salad cold. read more

Their covid protocol at this location is terrible. They block 1/2 the restaurant off and cram everyone back to back in one section. They should be seating people with a booth apart. There's no reason for this. And then they have table tents that say "area closed for social distancing" only there is nothing socially distant about this restaurant.
