While I was in the store the owner and his employees were very kind to me and my dog, tucked away in her dog sling; they offered her water. The employees are very friendly and welcoming; considering the multitude of international tourists. I purchased several items in the Clearance section of the store as well as the main section. All the items I purchased were reasonably priced. The store has an extensive selection of souvenirs for everyone's taste. Spend sometime looking around and sit at the old fashion soda bar and enjoy the best ice cream in West Yellowstone. I highly recommend to visit this store.

The window displays were amazing so we went in Diane helped us while we shopped and I thought she was the friendliest salesperson around. The entire family held conversations with her since she was easy going. I picked up boots, shirts, candles and various other items. This store had a little bit of everything. The kid picked up kid stuff - lol Hubby didn't get anything but he was looking at a nice cowboy hat.
