I returned the next morning to get the hat and it had not been removed from case. The employees that morning told me they could not get in case and left it at that. Very disappointed I went out of my way to get a hat I was promised and none of the employees could get it for me.

This coffee shop/bike shop was a cozy oasis after my adventure and they had so many great coffee options. I got a maple cinnamon latte with oat milk that was exactly what I needed. I will admit that the flavor was extremely subtle, but it was still warm and caffeinated. I also got a cinnamon scone that paired very well with my coffee. He was just an all around genuinely nice guy. Made us all feel super comfortable with the snowmobiles. They offer full "snowsuits" and helmets to keep you warm and safe for your snowmobile expedition! I would suggest you use sock and glove warmers too as they came in super duper handy! The equipment is virtually brand new and way fast! We did 2 days of snowmobiling with Polaris and saw some Amazing sites! They are also a gas station and have the normal stuff one would expect but they also have some gators for your neck and full head balaclavas that some of us bought. This is the one time I can tell ya, the covid face masks come in handy as they keep your face warm. And in regards to covid, everyone within the store wore their masks and encouraged us all to socially distance from others. Returned a rental sled and was charged an extra $200 for a scratch on the A arm. Apparently it had…read moreto be replaced. But the guy gave me a "deal" if I had $100 cash. We never even left the trail, and were riding with a group of 75yr olds. Sent my friend in to rent the same sled the next day, they are numbered, sure enough they hadn't replaced a damn thing. Just make sure you check every single centimeter before you take it out. The rental guys are con artists.
