When I saw him picking it up I realized it was mine and he gave it back to me. In all the stores in West Yellowstone, I have never seen anyone take the time to keep the floor clean. While I was in the store the owner and his employees were very kind to me and my dog, tucked away in her dog sling; they offered her water. The employees are very friendly and welcoming; considering the multitude of international tourists. I purchased several items in the Clearance section of the store as well as the main section. All the items I purchased were reasonably priced. The store has an extensive selection of souvenirs for everyone's taste. Spend sometime looking around and sit at the old fashion soda bar and enjoy the best ice cream in West Yellowstone. I highly recommend to visit this store.

We worked with Paul and ordered our Hunter Douglas window treatments in advance to ensure they could be installed once we moved into our new home. Paul took the measurements himself and assured us everything was perfect (we had to rely on his word given we lived in another state). The blinds were installed today and they're the wrong dimensions. They're externally mounted, which is what we wanted - but they don't reach the end of the trim on the bottom or the right sides. Gallatin Valley Furniture has offered to re-measure and replace the window treatments, however, they have not extended a discount for the inconvenience. Given we spent $13,000.00 on window treatments and expected them to be perfect when installed today, this is completely unacceptable. It's bad business. We've pulled our order, requested a refund, and will be working with another vendor for both this home and our new build. We prefer to work with a vendor who values our business.

They aren't perfect in execution or timelines as mentioned before but have always been fair in taking care of customers in my opinion. As a result I will continue to do business with them. Great value clothing store for Yellowstone tourists!…read more The prices here vary depending on what you're looking at, but there's an awesome clearance section at the back of the shop that has a ton of great offerings. When I stopped by, there were plenty of $7 shirts and pants, $4 women's dickies long sleeve button down shirts, windbreakers, $18 thick Yellowstone hoodies, and more. I'm thrilled to have scored $7 and $12 quality windbreakers from this store. They had Yellowstone emblems on them and originally go for $30+ each. The cheapest price I saw for quality windbreaker jackets were $24 elsewhere in the tourist town. Worth a visit! Hope you score some fabulous souvenirs at great prices too! :)
