Even though Diana was out of the shop and hours away on a personal errand, she took my call, reassured me she could handle the request, and asked me to text her the details. True to her word, she got back to me that evening to confirm everything and even called later to arrange payment, all while ensuring the flowers would be delivered by 8 PM that same day. The arrangement was not only affordable (under $50) but the impact was priceless. My mother-in-law was moved to tears by the gesture, calling it the highlight of her trip--even outshining Old Faithful! She made great suggestions and ensured a smooth and easy process. We called the morning of the funeral to add one small boutonnière, not sure if she could do it but she came through for us (much appreciated). To be honest I didn't really have any expectations, I think we were all focused on the loss of our loved one. When we saw the flowers we were all in awe. The flowers on grandmas casket were BEAUTIFUL. I know she would have loved them. My grandma would always have her flower bed looking lovely so I know she would have appreciated these. After asking if she sold materials in bulk she was appalled that I would even suggest making my own or inquire about purchasing the materials from her.
