He treated me on both sides. Half hour on front then I sat in a chair because of concern of laying on my belly with the rotator cuff issue. He applied needles to the back of ny head both sides by upper neck. After treatment he gave me a herb for sleep. Five minutes after I got back in my car I felt a complete release of my lat that was pulling on the shoulder which was incredible. I took the sleep herb and got 44 minutes of deep sleep that night. You can't just pick an herbal formula labeled simply for "stress" like you can in Western medicine. It doesn't work like that.
