Upon returning home I did a simple Internet search for the truth. During the delay time, they never reached me actively. Each time I called for checking the progress, they just kept saying the repair would be done the next week, and obviously not. They just didn't care!! No doubt the worst repair service I've ever had. (updated) After I went to the shop and complained, they found a way to fix my MacBook, did a detail system check and didn't charge me anything. After 2 weeks I came with my new laptop i bought and asked them if they can add my old computer data into my new computer. the guy took out my old computer hard disk, gave me a special cable and told me take it home and do it quietly by yourself. again, they didnt charge me. I went home and during the weekend i transferred my old computer data into my new. i brought them the cable after a week and they were happy for me everything went well.
