I made the appt and I can't believe now it's been over two years and my teeth are great! I actually look forward to going here. The team is great and friendly. They answered all my questions and don't rush me through. Absolutely love the team here. I am so glad I have Dr.Grady, hit the Dentist lotto when with her! I canceled over a week in advance and I got a bill in the mail for $150. When I tried to call to inquire about the bill I kept getting an answering machine, they don't even have call waiting. The answering machine says to leave a message and that they will get back to you. The prompt says to stop talking or press any button for the message to stop but even if you're still talking it cuts you off so you can't leave a full message. So I got about eight seconds into the message before it cut me off and I tried multiple times. It's extremely frustrating getting charged for something you should not be charge for, let alone not being able to get a hold of anyone to right the situation. I will not be returning.

She had mailed me the new patient forms a couple weeks prior to my visit so that I could have them filled out in advance. I was checked in promptly. I was the only one in the waiting room and upon further observing I noticed how tidy and inviting the space was. Light tan flooring, lots of light gray and black decor. I thought it interesting they had Zum natural soap products on display in one area, so right away it smelled so fresh and clean. I was called into the back by the very pleasant hygienist Erin. It was a very comfortable and uplifting conversation throughout the visit. She addressed my concerns and discussed dental health history, seems very knowledgable. The practice does not accept my insurance but I was aware ahead of time. Since I was being mindful of extra costs outside of the exam, I had just the bite wing X-rays done. Erin did a detailed exam of my gums, a deep cleaning of my teeth and teeth polishing. She took her time to do the cleaning and I appreciate her thoroughness. Dr. Ghafoor then did a quick exam after the cleaning. Dr. Ghafoor is so bubbly and kind, a great chair side manner. All of the staff here are so professional. I have never been this thrilled and satisfied with a dental treatment. In fact, so impressed that I rushed back to write this Yelp review.

As far as I know its all women that work there and they are all very friendly. The Doctor and all of the assistants were easy to talk to and explained thoroughly whenever i had a question. The Doctor was really good about numbing me up so that I never felt a thing. I didn't know that dentist visits could be completely painless. Another reason that I chose this office is because they accepted my dental insurance (Sage Technologies) but the receptionist was extremely helpful in explaining what I needed to pay and what my benefits were. The office always calls me a few days before my appointment just to remind me and visits are usually very quick due to not having to wait in line. If I show up on time, I'm in the chair within 10 minutes. Highly recommended. If your looking ... definitely give them a call.
