She wore a mask so I put one on too which didn't bother me. I started on my left side, then switched to right and finally she helped me prop up in almost a sitting position with pillows under both arms. She really took her time and massaged my muscles that were tight. I was a little sore the next day but it was just what I needed to get realigned! I also noticed they have a yoga studio too so they certainly have other services that I may look into.
