I was shocked and disgusted by the hostile and inappropriate response, especially since I was calling about a job they had already completed and been paid for. There is absolutely no excuse for speaking to anyone this way--especially another business calling in good faith to resolve a work-related matter. This behavior shows a complete lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic respect. If this is how they treat paying customers and professional contacts, I would strongly caution others before doing business with them. This experience was unacceptable and deeply disappointing
