Adrian and his crew built a beautiful retaining wall along with a safe play pad/area for my grandchildren's playset. In the course of working on these drainage and erosion projects Adrian had the crew work on several other parts of my backyard that weren't even part of original agreed upon work. They put steps down into the play pad area for me since I have a mobility issue, they put down a steppingstone path and cleared an old fallen tree root ball with their mini excavator. When all the work was done ahead of schedule Adrian and his team continued to work hard to clean up the entire job site. Received a reply that they would not entertain my request without me dumping all my personal information over insecure email first. I explained I had cyber privacy constraints and they first made an accusation that people are just fishing and not serious then told me to basically take a hike. Very unprofessional in my opinion for not getting to know a customer before making assumptions. Might want to ask them why they want "all" your personal info so badly just to give an estimate. What are they doing with it? Are they selling it with other third parties? Are they entering it into a system that shares it with third parties? Are they using it for spamming, marketing? I certaintly did not appreciate their tone and presumptions. Not a very appealing business philosophy in my opinion.
