The third and largest was to smooth finish a ceiling with an 80s style textured ceiling. This was a very large area. I included pictures but the pictures don't do justice to how the ceiling looks. We are so happy. It's like a new house. The team did a great job covering everything so nothing got stained and to minimize the dust. All but one day they showed up on time. Each of the two smaller repairs took about half a day. The large ceiling smoothing took 5 days. The owner was responsive to all my emails. Only down was in comms initially. I was told that I didn't have to remove the cabinet in the laundry to repair the ceiling and was never told we had to remove all our family room furniture. We basically lost a day when the team showed up and had to leave the first day. Also it would be nice if the business could provide some basic additional services like carpentry related to repairs or painting.

Marco damaged windows and when we withheld his final payment until the claim was complete, he or one of his crew (there were many different unknown crew at our house over the 5 weeks of work) shoved paper in the drain! I should have known not to work with the when he asked us if WE had a contract! We have used Marco for small jobs over the years and he has been reliable and helpful. This exterior painting job showed he and his unstable son are not to be trusted! Marco consistently avoided blame claiming it's so very difficult to fine good help and he kept firing workers so there was a new crew each week. The refusal to use scaffolding for a 3 story house was yet another clue. Never again and do NOT let his emotionally unstable son anywhere near your property! We have filed a police report for the water heated sabotage and we will filed one now with his licensing board.
