In 2024 I had Alpine Heat pump install mini-splits at my home in Worcester through Mass-Save. Jason…read morethe sales rep was very dishonest and unprofessional. He (jason) never took out a permit through the City of Worcester. I was notified by city inspector in December 2024. Additionally Jason(Alpine) charged me for four(4) mini-splits and I only recieved three(3) and one(1) condenser. Jason came to my home and I complained to him about mini-splits turn on in the off position. He(jason) stated he would put in a work request ASAP. I didnt here anything for a month until I posted a negative review with Mass-Save and BBB.Do not do business with this company! they are SHADY.

It never arrived because then they said the truck was broken. I called three or four times at three or four day intervals to see if it was fixed and they said they would call me back and they never did. When I finally called them yesterday they were incredibly rude. While I was out, the truck came and took it away! I think it was just punitive. I went almost three weeks without v cleaning it. Don't use them.

While the techs were professional, I have serious concerns about Dorreen, one of the owners. I received an invoice before the work was completed, with a due date of May 1, 2025. After missing a call from them, I received an email threatening to place a lien on my property, stating that their lawyer was copied on the email. This occurred less than 24 hours after the service! I have used VanZandt three times, spending thousands of dollars without any issues, and have recommended them to friends and family. However, due to this experience, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

The team was courteous, professional, clean, and efficient! I consider the pricing of a brand new furnace and labor costs very fair. Right now I'm finally warm and content :-)

Gable Electric came when I had a problem with my stand by Generator. The fella that came to my…read morehouse was Joe. He knew what was wrong and he also serviced the generator. Fast forward to November 4. The generator didn't star. When I called Gable they sent Tony. Soon to replace Joe. Not generator Joe another Joe. Generator Joe is "Old Joe". Tony looked at the generator mane it sounds like explosions several times, told me he didn't know much about generators he would send "Old Joe". I didn't hear from anyone and called a few days later. Woman said she would check and call back. She didn't call but later Tony called, said the generator couldn't be fixed. There were no parts available because my generator was too old. This was a lie. I called another that fixed the generator. The spark plug was the problem. Tony also told me I had to service the generator when it was only serviced in March. When Tony left he left the generator on so that later that night when we lost power it made those explosion sounds 7 or 8 times. The neighborhood was in an uproar. I never had such an incompetent worker in my presence. Terrible.
