Second time in this beautiful, cozy joint. Dishes from Milanese & Northern Italian cuisine, prepared with the utmost care (by a very handsome cook), first quality ingredients from local businesses. Staff is adorable even when the place is packed to the max. Friend had polenta crostini with various toppings (Parmesan fondue, sausage, boar ragout etc). I had nervetti (veal cartilage salad), a dish I had not eaten in ages since no one knows how to make it right anymore. Friend had casoncelli alla bergamasca, a ravioli-like pasta with tasty stuffing of meat & herbs topped with bacon bits. The only waitress Suzy does wonders, the owner should help her out instead of drinking his profits away on expensive wines and chatting with old buddies That's the reason for 4 stars. read more
