Had an opportunity to visit Oster Jewelers in late July while in the Denver area and had a great time speaking with Jeremy about watches for more than an hour. I found Jeremy to be very friendly and knowledgeable with a great selection of fine timepieces from a number of independent brands at a variety of price points. I enjoyed our discussion so much that I made a deposit on a new watch! read more

This is the most impressive watch store I have ever been into. Jeremy is not only incredibly knowledgeable but truly a legend in the industry. His selection of unique and independent watches is unparalleled. I recommend any watch nerd or collector in Denver makes a stop here. read more

Their selection of unique hard-to-find timepieces is second to none as is the knowledge of the high end watch market. I couldn't be more happy with the service and my experience provided by Jeremy. And I look forward to future purchases in years to come. read more

I was looking for a Bremont watch a few months ago. There are only a few places in USA that actually sell these fine timepieces. I called down to Oster and they let me know of the great selection that they have. I went to the store and Jeremy Oster, the owner helped me personally. It was great to hear Jeremy share the Bremont story as well as offer his insights. He is British and I could not think of a more fitting person to sell me a Bremont. I purchased the Supermarine 500 Decent and have been impressed. The price was as listed online at others boutiques and Jeremy even offered to give me a deal on the taxes as I reside outside of Colorado. If you are looking for a watch or fine piece of jewelry, I recommend Oster if you are in the Denver / Cherry Creek area. read more

As I began to explore the world of high-end watches, I started with the big mall chain stores and other similar businesses - what a mistake! I ended up finding Oster through the Audemars Piguet website, and when I visited the store, I was overwhelmed by the selection of truly wonderful timepieces and jewelry. I've since purchased various Hublot and AP timepieces from the store, and my fiancé has found (to my chagrin) many different rings / earrings / necklaces. Overall, a wonderful and incredibly informed staff, hometown feel, and world-class offerings. read more

I have purchased 3 watches from Oster's: A Zenith Pilot, Bremont Chronograph, and a Nomos Glashutte. They are outstanding to deal with, very knowledgeable of the watch industry, and a pleasure to talk to. I have dealt with the owners, Jeremy, Melissa, and their excellent salesperson, Trevor. Great boutique store with superb service and an excellent eclectic watch selection. I ordered a terrific Bremont watch that I love and had a terrific experience from choosing the watch and being taught how to change bands and perform day to day care at delivery. Highly recommended. read more

had a sterling silver ring (with a diamond in the inside of the band) that needed to be downsized. greeted promptly and staff was knowledgeable about how to size my ring accordingly. did take a little long to get my ring back (just over a week i believe) so i am not sure where my ring was sent to be serviced. ring came back perfectly sized and even polished. diamond still intact. workmanship was welldone and flawless. i couldnt tell where they had done any work. however, not sure what they used to clean/polish my ring, but when i started wearing it, the area under the ring turned green/blue. my wife thought she bought me a cheap silver ring, but i had already been wearing it without problems prior to this. i ended up scrubbing and cleaning it really well with some jewelry cleaner and never had an issue again. i think they coated or cleaned it with some type of chemical. and im not sure if its a typical reaction, or if it was appropriate to use on silver. anyway, ring is fine. workmanship excellent. customer service great. parking.... meh. by cherry creek. had to street park. im not big on jewelry but just looking at the selection, i would say this is a higher end store. not for some plain 14k necklace, but some higher end quality watches and jewelry. read more

I've been a customer of Oster Jewelers for several years now and I intend to continue to be for many more. The selection of watches at Oster is fantastic. They have excellent watches for nearly every budget (keep in mind these are all very high quality mechanical watches). The owner Jeremy is extremely knowledgeable about watches and the watch industry and is great at imparting his knowledge to others. He makes sure his entire staff is highly trained and able to answer your questions. I absolutely can't wait to buy my next watch at Oster. Also, if you are a watch aficionado Jeremy hosts the Denver Swiss Watch Meetup Group every month. This is a great way to learn about watches and meet some very interesting people who enjoy sharing their passion for fine timepieces. There is never any pressure to buy anything during these meetups they are just a great way to learn in a great environment. While I can't comment on the jewelry since I haven't paid much attention to it when I head straight for the watch section, I have seen the staff helping others and they seem as passionate about the jewelry. Personally I can't imagine anyone not being extremely satisfied with Oster because I know that is a top priority with all of them. read more

I have purchased numerous watches throughout the years from Jeremy and have always been treated professionally and fairly. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from him again, his knowledge and passion around the watch industry is evident. I feel that I learn something new and interesting about watches every time I interact with him. We also purchased a diamond wedding ring from Melissa/his wife & Jennifer this past year ( my wife lost hers ) and she absolutely loves her new ring...and gets plenty of compliments on the diamond. Their store is a must, if your looking to purchase a watch or jewelry. Larry K. read more

I didn't have a great experience here. I felt ripped off and deceived - even though the dollar amount of the dispute was small relative to the purchase price ($50 on some $3500 total), it left a sour taste in my mouth. Not only that, my product was delivered in less than perfect condition - missing some of the items that should been included with the watch, such as the polishing cloth with the case. Unclear why it was missing. Overall, not a top notch experience. I'm sure there's better. read more

When we moved to Denver we were on the lookout for a place to see great timepieces. Oster Jewelers in Cherry Creek was our first stop and we're glad we landed there. Jeremy Oster and his staff are extremely knowledgeable about the watch world and they host a Meetup, which we joined: Denver Watch Enthusiasts. The meetup is at the store after hours with wine and snacks. They bring in factory reps from the top watch makers in the world and make it a real hands-on experience. We've thoroughly enjoyed our visits to Oster Jewelers and will surely visit the store next time we're in Cherry Creek. read more

Oster Jewelers is the best of the best. Jeremy and Melissa carry a beautiful selection and offer amazing service. Their team is delightful, helpful and knowledgeable. Whether you're looking for a stunning engagement ring, a one-of-a-kind watch or a unique gift, they're the place to go! read more

I'm a fan for their watches! Truly I could spend a couple of hours in here just looking at their selection of amazing timepieces. Expensive? Way. But I can always dream. read more

I know this looks long & wordy...but the 5 minutes it takes to read this could save you thousands. After visiting many "me too" stores, I went to Oster Jewelers and found the perfect engagement ring. Because of its eternity style, this particular ring could not be resized, but Jeremy, the owner, said he would allow for an exchange after the proposal and submit a new order if that was necessary. My wife-to-be fell absolutely in love with the ring and we both couldn't have been happier. The only snag was, in fact, the ring was a size too large. As planned, I went back and returned the ring and placed an order for the same exact ring, only smaller. It all fell apart from here. After about 2 months, the new ring finally came in. When the ring was presented we were totally shocked and in complete disbelief. The overall style was the same, but the color & cut of the diamonds were drastically different (original ring had transparent champagne diamonds, this had dark brown, almost opaque "cognac" diamonds). I felt like we were put in the awkward position to do the quality control they should have. After I said that we did not want to accept the ring, they agreed to send the ring back to their vendor. Although we had already waited two months, I was very clear that time was not an issue. I just wanted the identical ring I originally purchased, only one size smaller. Another two months went by, and we were presented with another attempt. This time the color of the diamonds was correct, but the cut was still different and it appeared that they had pried the brown stones out and haphazardly set the new ones. Even without a loop, the workmanship looked sloppy. Again, Oster's presentation was all smiles and "what do you think?" They had to know it wasn't right. It was very uncomfortable to have to point out all of the obvious flaws to people in the profession to recognize such detail. While I was there, Jeremy called the vendor and described the issues, and it was decided to send the ring back again. ANOTHER two months went by, and the third attempt was just an insult. The ring was still of poor workmanship and even had what appeared to be a fractured diamond. This time, Oster presented the ring as if it were perfect. Either they failed to recognize the obvious flaws, or they overlooked them. Either possibility is troubling. When I refused this final ring, I felt like they regarded me as an impossible customer with unrealistic expectations. The whole experience was stressful, uncomfortable, and expensive. In the end, I took the original over-sized ring that I had originally purchased, and took my business down the street to a family-run competitor. That jeweler was able to remedy the size issue by entirely re-crafting the ring in under 10 days, and the ring he presented was as perfect as the one I originally picked out. The experience at Oster Jewelers does not meet the standards of North Cherry Creek, where the clientele can discern high quality and has higher expectations for customer service. The problem is perhaps that Oster isn't a true jeweler, meaning they don't actually make jewelry. They only sell what they buy from other vendors, and they apparently value the relationships with their vendors more than the relationships with their customers. read more

I have had the best experience in this Jewelry store. They are extremely knowledgeable and honest. I bought a beautiful black diamond and rose gold necklace that I get compliments on several times a week. They have unique pieces that you don't find at every jewelry store. When I come back to town, I can't wait to shop here. read more

I shopped extensively in the Denver area when looking for a wedding ring for my (now) wife. Oster is a step above, in customer service, professionalism and quality of their products and workmanship. Nancy was extremely helpful in the longer-than-usual process of selecting the Right Ring-- my wife loves it! I came back months later and had a similarly outstanding experience while selecting a wedding band for myself. Price is on the upper end of competitive, though certainly worth it. read more

I had my engagement ring resized and replated many times here and I also bought my wedding band and my husband's here. They do great work. The prices are very reasonable (especially for Cherry Creek). I actually drive an hour and a half to come here because they have done so well by me in the past. read more

My (now) husband went to Oster Jewelers to look for an engagement ring and ended up purchasing a gorgeous Sebastien Barier ring. Once we were engaged, we went back into Oster to look at different wedding band options. The metal of my engagement ring is curved around the center diamond, but I did not want a wedding band that curved around the engagement ring. Nancy was incredibly helpful about finding the right band that complimented the engagement ring, but worn alone was still a beautiful piece. We ended up purchasing another Sebastien Barier band that's very delicate and beautifully made. My husband shopped around a bit for his band, but in the end, we were back at Oster with Nancy purchasing a Furrer Jacot band. Each and every time we go in to Oster, regardless of who's working, we're greeted with smiles and able to spend a few minutes catching up. The store has an amazing collection of unique and beautiful pieces, and would recommend them to anyone! read more

Can't say enough about positive things about Oster. I recently purchased an engagement ring and Jeremy bent over backwards for me to ensure that I received what I wanted. I came in on a budget but was still able to work with him to combine styles from 3 or 4 different rings to ultimately customize one of my liking. The prices are very reasonable and the quality is top-notch. Oster was the only store I didn't feel overwhelmed about the whole process. I highly recommend Oster and will absolutely be returning for future purchases. read more

Yet another wonderful experience at Oster! My mom was in from out of town so I decided to take here her to view some jewelry that she was interested in purchasing. She couldn't be happier with the level of attention she received as well as the overall kind nature of the Oster staff. Thank you for making this a memorable experience for her! read more

My husband went to Oster to find a 40th birthday present for me & was willing to spend quite a bit of money. He purchased a gorgeous necklace & drop earrings for me; however, given the price, they were not everyday wear pieces. He went back to the store to return the items until we decided what the appropriate choice was & was informed that there were no refunds. Given that he spent almost $40k, I would have expected that the return policy would be would been clearly stated. It is almost 3 years later & we have struggled to use this large credit. At Christmas, he returned to purchase a unique ring/bracelet to help use the credit. Once I started wearing it, it would catch on everything & alter the shape. This time, we could not even return it for store credit. Jeremy & the staff are amazing, their pieces are unique; however, their customer service & explanation of return policy are horrible!!!!! Still have money to spend. read more

Thanks to Jeremy, Melissa, and Nancy for making my engagement ring shopping experience truly wonderful. As a former Marine, I hold values like integrity and commitment very close to my heart. I was referred to Oster by my best friend and I count myself lucky that I took him up on it. Jeremy and Melissa could not have been more inviting and patient when giving me an "education" on diamonds and everything that went into purchasing the perfect ring. Nancy was so kind and helpful and made me feel at ease. I let them know my budget, they showed me a beautiful ring within it. They took the time to work with me, and I could tell they were genuinely excited for me. I purchased a perfect tri-stone ring and my fiance is absolutely blown away. She can't stop looking at it! They gave me the knowledge, the ring, and the price I needed to make a fully confident decision. Thanks so much to Jeremy, Melissa, and Nancy for turning such a stressful time in a young man's life into a cherished memory. My fiance and I will definitely be returning to Oster Jewelers to pick out wedding bands and because of the service I received, I'm very much looking forward to it. read more
