I love spicey but here I go medium :) Love that they now alps offer small kids wraps. Its become a favorite for the offspring also. Occasionally Ill have the lamb wrap. Everything very good and at a great price. read more

Hello fellow foodies today I bring you a very popular middle eastern restaurant review. This restaurant has many locations throughout the GTA and even had had some cool commercials with the Raptors on tv . I have eaten here quite a few times but have failed to actually give them a review till now. This review is based only on there thursday special the grilled chicken breast with pineapple on rice with salad ..I have had there shwarma on rice from this location and I was not a fan at all, so I only come here now for there thursday special and you cant beat the price for such a generous dish of dilicious food. Food 5/5 ... Thursday special the griiled chicken breast on rice with pineapple and there garden style salad is a very large portion and well worth the $10 plus tax you pay for it. I would say it looks like they give you two chicken breasts so its quite alot of chicken , its freshly and perfectly grilled in front of you marinated in there middle eastern spices and then placed onto of there marvelous rice. I cant say enough praise for there rice I just love...love there rice its light buttery flavored so soft and one of the best rice I ever had . Then they top it off with a grilled slice of pineapple to round off this amazing dish with some mixed salad with lots of oregano and a olive oil vinaigrette dressing ...and of course cant forget that amazing garlic sauce allover the chicken and rice it's just adds the final amazing taste and touch to this dish . Service 5/5 as I said, I have been here many times and the service has always been exceptional. read more

The star dishes are without a doubt, have been bringing those far and wide to have a taste of the Mediterranean. This specific location however, outshines itself in more ways than one. Sure, we have Lazeez a couple roads down but here at Heartlake Town Center's Osmow's, there's a lot to cheer for. The service is extremely quick, especially when it comes to dishes with sticks or rocks. They always have the right ingredients and cook the meat to absolute perfection - not dry, and mixes well with everything else on the plate. However, recently there have been changes to the location's staff which slightly diminished the overall guest experience. People now tend to get takeout rather than dine there. Either way. The food is the absolute bomb.com read more

Good customer service! Extremely tasty food. I enjoy the spicy food & that the staff always confirms the level of spice you want. read more

Enjoyed the shish tawook sandwich and the fries that was served along. Shawarma with rice was my second order, huge portion of meal for one, but wasn't the authentic taste. Never, I loved their sandwich and would go back for it! read more

One of those places that is busy because lots of people live near it. There are disadvantages that make competitors better when ordering a wrap/pita: -you have to pick your toppings when you pay up front by a list on the till rather than a menu above/display case -which leads to you not being to easily specify how much of what you want because it is prepared behind the scenes and not in front of a display with all the toppings you can look and request -didn't taste as good as other places -and the wait was longer than other places, like 10-15 minutes for 1 wrap. read more

Chicken on the Rocks is a must-try! The sauce is flavourful and the chicken shawarma is tender and super tasty. If you mix Tabouleh salad with it, the salad adds balance to the dish. Request "mild spice" or "no spice" if you are not into spicy goodness that much. read more

Osmow's Shawarma - Chicken on the rocks with tabouleh! Omg don't do this... #yaneedtoworkoutgirl - Mediterranean Near Me - Brampton, Ontario

Frankly very surprised by the 4/5 overall rating. Lamb kofta neither looks or taste like lamb. Overpriced for quality Much better places for this price point. Service is slow. Not worth the hype. Never going to any osmows again read more

Osmow's Shawarma - Garbage. Does not look or taste like lamb. Inedible - Mediterranean Near Me - Brampton, Ontario

My co worker brought one of these dishes served at osmows for me for lunch. I asked him what is this called and he said chicken on the rocks. From that day I'm hooked on this delicious dish. Try it out. read more

Osmow's Shawarma - Chicken on the rocks. - Mediterranean Near Me - Brampton, Ontario

Chicken on the rocks had me drooling. The portions are HUGE! You could feed an entire family with just one portioned tray of food and let me tell you, this place is busy. If youre ever in the area and swing by for lunch, make sure you know where the lines are because they're all over the place. They could however do with a little bit more organization and not have every employee behind the grill but have some floaters making sure everyone gets their orders promptly and making sure their number is called. read more

Finally found a good place near home to grab a quick bite. I usually get the falafel, but the hubby and son says the beef shawarma is fantastic! Careful, cause hot sauce is very hot read more

When I'm craving really spicy food, like insanely spicy, I come here and get my plate coated with just red pepper sauce and sprinkled cayenne pepper powder on top. I can't go out for the rest of the night and I have to eat at home due to all the sweating, but it is totally worth it. If you like spicy, it won't disappoint. read more

Ever since I've started my journey too Intermittent Fastining with a combination of One Meal A Day (OMAD) I found Osmos and it's been the best experience for food in a very long time. The staff is great especially Elias & Abdulla. These two Guys, always greet me with a smile and prepare a very good meal. I personally think that they responsible for this location's success. . All I can say now, is that, I'm addicted to their Chicken On The Sticks and the Super Chicken Shawarma. I recommend this place to everyone I know. One of the BEST places in Brampton. Thanks Guys. Please don't close read more

I wish this can have no stars. First When ever I get a wrap it taste like garbage, the chicken is super dry, they don't know how to wrap the shawarma. Second I ate a rice and chicken last night, pretty good, found a little bone in the chicken but I don't mind. But what really got me was walking up at 1am with explosive diarrhea. Therefore I will not be eating here again I would rather go to the farther shawarma location. read more

Been here multiple time now. One of the better locations in town. This location can get quite busy, but the quality of the food is worth the wait. Got a large spicy chicken/beef mix on the rocks tonight. As always, lots of food that tasted awesome. read more

Pathetic service they give you order numbers but they don't follow those number you have to stand on the head to get ur order ready Worst experience never gonna come again at this location I wish if there is an option for less then 1 star Staff is rude poor customer service read more

I have never had Shawarma before. Last night I went to the Sandalwood Location and got take out to try it for the first time. What am I missing here? Your menu says BONELESS. It was full of bones! I am not kidding. Every other bite I crunched on a bone. Thankfully I tried this first before giving it to my disabled son. He would have choked to death on it. I am not kidding again. I had to throw it out as all the bones just turned me right off. Chicken Shawarma Slowly roasted boneless chicken, finely sliced and cooked to perfection. Beef Shawarma Slowly roasted boneless beef, finely sliced and cooked to perfection. read more

Great food! Always timely perfect for lunch and prices are fair! Love the food! Tasty and a lot of options to choose from. One of the better locations that I have been to in the area. My personal favourite is chicken on the rocks. read more

this location never fails, meat and chicken always taste good and not too dried out (a problem I've noticed at other locations) AND they don't go cheap on the meat either. They're always pretty fast at giving you your food so you never wait too long, which is a super bonus. read more

Good fresh food, good price and good quantity. The location is pretty central and easily accessible. The food prep time is fast as well

There was a shawarma place in this location before Osmow's and it was so much better. The food at Osmow's is alright but the service is horrible. Rude lady working the cash with no people skills. I wish the old place was still here with the friendly staff and the much better garlic sauce. I don't understand why people come here. read more

Awesome shawarmas available here. Really tasty way better than lazeez almost similar to shawarma queen on hurontarion and buvaird

Huge shawarma chain on the rise in the gta with a brand new location in the heartlake plaza. These guys know what they're doing when it comes to making shawarma. With super flavourful rice, salad and chicken! Weekly specials which make you say "why not have shawarma 2 days in a row!" I got this whole plate for $8.45 plus tax on friday, regularly $10.75. One of my favourites. Always people going, so you know it must be good. read more

I got the chicken shawarma the first time I visited, and the second time I got the Chicken on the rocks. A very delicious and clean restaurant. I'm thinking of bringing my whole family and giving this place a go. I'm sure it won't disappoint read more

Good food, descent price, generous portions. A definite must go to place. I ordered the chicken on stixx and was not disappointed!

We got the chicken Shawarma sandwich here which was really bad. Less sauce and the basic sauces like tzatziki, tahini and garlic had no flavour. There is a better Shawarma place ie Epic Pita. The quality there is awesome. People with no food sense eat at Osmow. The one in Mississauga Rd is much better. read more

So today was the second time i have gone to osmows at this location. This was by far the worst osmows i have gone to. So when i ordered my food i chose chicken on the rock. Apparently this meal comes with a rich white sauce, chicken and rice. I was catching up with friend then when i got home there was no sauce. Imagine opening osmows with no garlic sauce and pepper. I was pissed so i went back and wasted my gas and they wanted to charge me extra and the lady clearly remembers me asking for medium pepper and there was none. By far the worst osmows in history. read more

The service at this place is horrible. The staff seem rude and arrogant. I don't think they understand the meaning of good customer service. The food is okay, but it takes too long to get your food...what is with the cardboard number, what a dirty process. I won't return to this location. read more

Love going here for falafel. Great food. Always hot and fresh. Fast service. Great portion sizes, you leave full!!

Great food, quick service. They can add digital number sign so that guest sitting far can see their turn. Instead of cardboard numbers, have some plastic printed numbers. Over all it's a great place for nice food. Will go again with family and friends to get them taste is Chicken on Rocks (rice). Buy full meal If you are really hungry. Won't be able to stand if you finish it. read more

Food is good same as all franchise locations the low rating is due to the rude and unprofessional cashiers at this location worst ordering experience read more

Food at this location is tasty, and good. But the customer service sucks. They are extremely rude and arrogant when serving customers. Just asked to order food for pick up on my lunch from work - they had to nerve to ask me to call back later because they're "too busy". Ridiculous service. Also, I asked the lady if she can put garlic sauce before and after the chicken, she said "This is the first and last time I will do this".. she is the reason I am never coming back here again, she completely ruined my experience. read more

I'll been here maybe like two times in the past and I really like it so far. Very good but some of the meats are dry but that's okay I can just drip it in sauces read more

I have eaten here 3 times and gotten different chicken items every time. The garlic sauce just tastes like mayo. The chicken is not tasty and tastes not fresh. I will not come back here. Shawarma queen is way better in my opinion. read more

Food isn't up to par, service is horrible and they are stingy. They charge for any and everything they can. I wouldn't ever go back.

This place is the worst osmow's franchise my husband and I have ever been to. They had the worst customer service from the cashier and the manager when we were there for lunch on a weekday. read more

Very patient and friendly staff who explain what all the yummies are to people who aren't familiar with everything. I haven't had anything I haven't loved!! I'm glad they finally took the spinach pie off the menu because they never had it. read more

worst first time experience by far. i feel sooo uneasy about how the staff treated me. the cashier was very rude didn't listen to my order. a real b**** actually, then the owner was beyond an asshole, when i simply asked about sauce options he told me "its right in front of your face..." even though girl mentioned all of the topping options and didn't mention anything about my options for sauce. sounds simple but he was a complete jerk. i couldnt believe how i was treated over taziki sauce. i would never spend another dollar in that dump of a business. could care less how the food taste as they ruined my appetite. try visiting the mediterranean spot across the street called nahla's cuisine: pita & shawarma. read more

This is the worst place to eat. The owner will try to rip you off a few dollars here and there. You will get rude and unfriendly customer service. The food is over-rated by others and I find it tasteless. I have been here twice and always disappointed. I will not return. read more
