We had a clerical error that I didn't catch and signed off on, however Hexco still honored their price even when they didn't have to. Brady was low key, low pressure and not a pushy salesman at all. When it came to the dreaded Finance part, not only was Michael NOT force feeding warranty adders down our throats, he blew the interest rate out of the water from 3 other dealers we talked to. It was the most laid back transaction we have ever done. Cut to a few weeks later right before a big trip we planned with a campsite on the water, we had issues with the boat that were no fault of the Dealer's. Emily in Service was amazing and they got me in right away and when they couldn't fix it immediately, they offered me to take their demo boat to not ruin the trip. THIS is customer service and that is how you treat a customer. Even the Service dude was awesome when he came out to explain what was going on with the boat. 10/10 would recommend, they now have a customer for life.

I called and made sure Eric was working, came on over and he was absolutely awesome at helping me out. I told him my needs and my lack of knowledge in the professional business apparel world. He made sure to point out specials/promos they had, gave me excellent advice and comparisons on selections, styles, colors. This was also my first time shopping at any Brooks Brothers. He was kind enough to stay a little past his scheduled time to finish the transaction and take care of me. I came in not confident, stressed, worried about looking good for the interview I had the next day. I left feeling confident and a lot less stressed knowing I had high quality and really good looking professional clothing. During the visit he had to help some other customers and gave them the same level of customer service. Highly highly recommend to anyone needing quality and professional clothing coupled with excellent customer service that is personable.

They charged us $162 for tuxes. The best man went to pick up the tux and charged him an extra $31 and told him he was wrong and he just put a down payment down. 3. One groomsmen went to call in his measurement and the lady told him he must go online and send in his measurements since he lived out of state. He lives in Wisconsin. 5. The fittings were wrong. They told the best man there was nothing they could do if it didn't fit. My mother in law had to call the manager and told her that the best man just misunderstood. 6. They sent the wrong ties. For my wedding we had plum ties for our wedding that the colors were maroon and navy. Please save yourself the stress and go anywhere but here.
