I told the bouncer at the front door that I am unable to wear a mask because of a health condition, and I even showed him my inhaler, but the guy still ignored the mask mandate exceptions, and the Person's with Disabilities Act. Over the past few years my wife and I have generally had good experiences at second Impressions and…read morehave spent big bucks there. Today I had a bad experience, though. I asked a volunteer (a short blonde woman) where the men's restroom was. When I didn't understand her vague instructions the first time, she repeated the same thing in a loud, sharp, irritated voice. In the past I have also witnessed volunteers gossiping about customers, saying unkind personal things, in whispered voices they didn't think people could hear. I appreciate the hard work most of them do and the FRIENDLY ones. I just think some of these "church ladies" need to adjust their attitudes a bit. We probably won't visit here again anytime soon. Maybe it would help them to realize that many of their customers visit for PLEASURE and not out of necessity. Today's visit definitely "killed the vibe" for us.
