As soon as I paid the cashier left and turned their bag without offering a bag or receipt. This caused me to have to call out to then for a bag and receipt. They turned around clearly annoyed and on their phone and went to the other register for a bag. I was made to feel that I was doing something wrong for simply trying to shop and questioning why I would be charged more than an item is priced. I have had unpleasant experiences the last few times I've tried to stop and unfortunately do not plan on shopping here anytime in the near future.

Over the past few years my wife and I have generally had good experiences at second Impressions and…read morehave spent big bucks there. Today I had a bad experience, though. I asked a volunteer (a short blonde woman) where the men's restroom was. When I didn't understand her vague instructions the first time, she repeated the same thing in a loud, sharp, irritated voice. In the past I have also witnessed volunteers gossiping about customers, saying unkind personal things, in whispered voices they didn't think people could hear. I appreciate the hard work most of them do and the FRIENDLY ones. I just think some of these "church ladies" need to adjust their attitudes a bit. We probably won't visit here again anytime soon. Maybe it would help them to realize that many of their customers visit for PLEASURE and not out of necessity. Today's visit definitely "killed the vibe" for us.
