1/2 Lb . Beefburger with Swiss and Sauteed Mushrooms. Bake Potato loaded.

Best burger in the Metairie/New Orleans area by far. Huge size and cooked to order. Adding mushrooms is a game changer. Bar is super spacious and open. Parking can be a pain because of Metairie Rd. My go to when i want a burger. Server was very nice and attentive.

I would have given 5 stars but they have a cookie curtain and no cookies. The burgers are top tier however.

I love this bar for their burgers. Juicy and flavorful. I only gave 4 stars because you are still allowed to smoke in here which is meh.

This is my go to place in Metairie, LA. The food and drinks are Yummy Yummy. Ask for the "Anna & Al Special" "Woodford Reserve & Glenlivet".

Burgers are always amazing. Sliders are great too. Staff are nice even when it's busy. Place could get smokey though.

The 12 o'clock meat was well placed and the 6 o clock food tastes as good as the 12 o'clock main meat. Ambience was conducive for eating with a little privacy specially when seated in the booth. I wouldn't recommend coming with a large group--no more than four people--given the limited space and portion sizes, especially if you enjoy family-style dining. The short rib entrée was a 3.8/5. While flavorful, it was slightly on the drier side, and the mashed purée portion underneath was very small. The okra king salmon was amazing and paired perfectly with the vegetables. The veal sweetbreads were crispy on the outside and very buttery on the inside. Overall, the flavors of most dishes were delicious and unique. I can see why they earned a Michelin star. The pistachio cheesecake wasn't too sweet, and we enjoyed every bite. Service was outstanding--from the host to our waiter and the entire dining room staff. The food came out quickly, and our waiter was very attentive. I would definitely return for the great vibes, excellent service, and thoughtful cuisine.

It has an interesting, culturally diverse menu, great ambiance, and the folks running it, we met Mike and Chris, were so sweet and lovely to talk to. They definitely put a lot of care into the food they are putting out. We got the H&S bibb salad, which was fresh, with fun pops of flavor and crunch, and not overly dressed, which I really appreciate. We then split a bowl of t seafood gumbo, which was incredible. I love a seafood forward stock for gumbo and this one had a great minerality that Mike told us came from the oyster brine he'd saved from the fresh oysters that eventually went into the gumbo. The oysters were perfectly cooked and there were ample crawfish tails and large shrimp to make this a hearty dish. We also got the crawfish spaghetti special, which was loaded up with crawfish tails, and also slices of garlic, onion, and calabrian chili oil which gave a nice spice without making the dish heavy. The drinks were fun too, get the cuba libre daiquiri if you like rum drinks! They have half priced drinks during happy hour, which goes til 6 so you can actually make it after work. We will definitely be back!!

Walked right in and was greeted and seated immediately. It's very intimate on the inside, it's got a long skinny bar with seating surrounding it. Started with their old "pho"shioned. I love an old fashioned and am fond of pho so figured couldn't lose. It was good and the flavors really blended well. Ordered the burger it had like a Big Mac flavor vibe, but with crispy loose meat. Also, ordered the lil salad it was light and refreshing not heavy on the dressing.

From the moment we sat down, the staff set the tone--professional, genuinely friendly, and impressively efficient. We began with a trio of starters that showcased both richness and restraint. The foie gras torchon was silky and indulgent, perfectly complemented by fruit confiture and warm, toasted Bellegarde Bakery bread--a classic pairing done right. Marinated crab claws, dressed in a lively chili vinaigrette, delivered a bright, briny punch, while the pickled pineapple and jalapeño chips added just the right balance of sweetness and heat. A cucumber salad rounded out the starters, crisp and refreshing, acting as a welcome palate reset before the mains. For entrées, comfort and finesse shared the plate. The confit chicken thighs were meltingly tender, paired with ham-braised greens swimming in a tangy apple cider vinegar broth. A lovely Dijon cream tied everything together, adding richness without overwhelming the dish. Equally memorable was the half smoked duck, beautifully executed and deeply flavorful, served over a smooth pumpkin-sweet potato purée. The cherry bourbon glaze brought a subtle sweetness, while the pepitas added texture and a nutty finish. Dessert was the perfect exclamation point on an already wonderful meal: a slice of hot chocolate cheesecake, decadent and deeply chocolaty, crowned with toasted marshmallow fluff that leaned just enough into nostalgia without crossing into excess. Toups Meatery continues to deliver thoughtful, soulful cooking with polish and heart--comfort food elevated, served by a team that clearly knows what they're doing. A thoroughly satisfying experience from start to finish.
