Not that there is any explanation that is ok. If they had an emergency they should have a backup plan for their customers. We were a party of six with bags, not easy to find a shuttle large enough and willing to drive to Tracy. Fortunately we found one. Will never use again and will pass the word.

Gopal has picked up family at Sacramento airport and brought them to Stockton and took them back. Gopal's service has been so incredibly helpful to us.
