For some reason the higher you go some of the merchandise feel a bit junkie. I just can't put my finger on it but the shopping experience in this store is just OK. We took the escalators up to the third floor where you can buy home and kitchen products. My mom and I were trying to figure out how to open the Instant Pot's lid. There was only one cashier ringing up an enormous line but I spotted a sales associate folding bath towels. She tried to help us until Wendy (MyStylist) pointed out that the ones on display were locked. Wow, thank you, Wendy, for being in the right place at the right time! She showed us the remaining three boxes for the 8-quart size but unfortunately, other customers rummaged through those boxes. I am picky about those little details though. Instead, Wendy placed an online order for my mom so Macy's can deliver it to us. My mom was happy about today's successful purchase. Next time, ask for Wendy because I highly recommend her. She provided us with excellent customer service and has great knowledge of Macy's products!

Their parking rates, even though they keep raising the rates, are still the most reasonable rates in Flushing. When I first started parking here, the rates were $3/3 hrs (what a steal!!)....they are now $6/3hrs, but still great rates! They also offer special rates if parking for the Mets Games. I wish they'd fix their pay stations though! Currently, you can only pay when you exit on the ground floor. They lines to exit sometimes get backed up because ppl can't seem to figure out how to pay....go figure! The shops: Is it me, or are they losing a lot of stores? Their anchor stores (BJs, Target, Sky foods) remain the same but some of the retail stores seem to close abruptly.

Custom dress are made from her manufacturer in Guandong China. Her prices are mid range from $450- 500 premade depending on the details on the dress to $950+ customized dress. It takes at least 6 weeks to get a customized cheongsam. The quality of her pieces and the fabric used are well made compared to the store on Mott Street in Chinatown. They are way overpriced for cheap material premade cheongsam which you can buy online. Customized ones cost over $1500. That's too much to spend for only one night for a wedding. Go with Sylvia... hopefully she won't retire too soon.
