He rekeyed four locks and ended up charging me less because I originally told him I needed five locks rekeyed. He could have charged me original higher price without saying anything, but he didn't. This review is a bit late but glowing... I highly recommend OS Locksmith! Accidentally locked myself out of master bedroom & realized both my car keys, house keys & spare bedroom door key were all locked inside. I tried the coat hanger trick but no luck. Ori is amazing! Someone broken into my car by jamming the key hole and ruined all the internal pins. I do have a remote key, however it's always necessary to have a backup way to get into your car in case the key fob dies. Ori replaced the defective lock cylinder and re-key it so that i can continue to use the same key. Took about 30 minutes. He had to order my part (which I paid for in advance) and always updated me on shipping and ETA's. Highly recommend him! read more

Ori was an excellent locksmith, reasonable, professional and helpful!!! He arrived after hours (7:30PM) and almost immediately after my initial Yelp search. He also noted some issues about the door hardware and trim, which affected the function of the door knob and recommended a way to fix it. He replaced our front door deadbolt/knob and re-keyed two interior doors as well as a sliding glass door. He gave me original numbered keys so I wouldn't have to worry about the keys not working. He also helped me figure out how to find a replacement garage door remote since our new home came with an older opener. All of his advice will save me so much time and money! Our front door deadbolt wouldn't unlock and every other access was internally mechanically locked. Called OC Locksmith. After a few questions, Ori said he would be here in 20 minutes and he was. After reviewing the situation he spent the better part of an hour using various methods to open the front door all in an effort to avoid having to drill the lock that would result in a very expensive new door lock set. Failing this he tried other accesses and discovered a small security flaw in one of our doors that after various attempts allowed him access to our house. He quickly determined the deadbolt lock had broken; replaced it and the latch mechanism; put everything back to normal; gave me suggestions on fixing the flaw; and asked for a vacuum to clean up the floor.
