What an honest guy. I was using my son's car and the remote key to start the car was so low it required me to hold it up to start button. Afraid I'd be stranded, I called him and he said it would be better for me to go to an auto zone and pay them $5. To just come replace the battery, he'd have to charge me his minimum of $75 or $90 (can't remember exact amount) and my wait time too. I was so clueless about this and he could of just taken advantage of it, but instead he told me what was best way and cheapest. We had issues with our Schlage Touch Deadbolt and requested that Ori come out and see if he could fix it. Other locksmiths wanted close to $100 to just show up at our home, then provide an estimate. Thankfully, Ori was kind enough to come and take a look at the lock prior to charging us. He let us know that the lock electronics were broken and the manufacturer warranty covered it for 3 years.
