When I first explained to Ori what I *thought* I needed done, he kindly and thoroughly explained to me what I actually needed done, which I appreciated so I know I'm not getting ripped off. So he makes me my new car key, and I'm on my way. A week later, the key no longer works. I thought the issue was just a matter of cleaning up the incisions on the new key, but it turned out that there was a problem with my ignition. Ori spent TWO HOURS cutting several different keys, so that I wouldn't have to fix my ignition (additional costs). And he even went so far as to go consult with another locksmith and come back to me, in order to make me a key that works, rather than fixing my addition (so thankful for the money he saved me!!!) Side note: I was working a gig during the whole 2 hours he was trying to create a solution for me, but I accidentally left my wallet in the car. I worried about this during my gig, but I wasn't in a position to leave and go check. When I got back to my car, Ori was still hard at work on my problem and nothing was missing from my wallet! I really appreciate that kind of integrity, all the more so because it's increasingly rare. End of the story: I had a dinner date after my gig, and none of the keys were working. I was not looking forward to paying more money to fix my ignition.. Ori said he would come back tomorrow with a solution, and he did exactly that. He came to my home, and within 15 minutes, he gave me a key that slid into the ignition like butter. I was satisfied. He was not. He told me to flip the key and try the other side - just to be sure. Of course it did. I asked if I should get my ignition fixed, and he said this key would last for at least a year, so to wait in case I sold my car. He spent nearly 2.5hours making my ignition and key work, for the price of 1 key, all for my benefit and convenience. There is no doubt I will absolutely always refer to Ori for all of my locksmith and ignition issues because he is so trustworthy and looks out for my best interests.
