Unfortunately, our original copy was lost when a laptop was stolen. Despite repeated outreach, our emails and calls have gone unanswered. At this point, it appears we'll need to purchase the material again from another source. After more than 40 years in the field of dentistry, I value professionalism and responsiveness in business relationships. Sadly, this experience ranks high on my list of disappointing vendor interactions.

Our original copy was lost due to a stolen laptop. We are not requesting anything new--only a copy of material we have already paid for. Despite multiple outreach efforts, our emails and phone calls have gone unanswered. The complete lack of response is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the company's commitment to customer service and basic professionalism. After more than 40 years in the field of dentistry, I understand the importance of standing behind your work and responding to clients in a timely manner. Unfortunately, this experience has demonstrated the opposite. At this point, we will seek the material elsewhere and take our future business to a vendor that values its customers.
