It was full of pine needles from hauling our Christmas tree the year before and a ton of dog hair, paw prints and nose smears from hauling two huskies around. I was up front about the condition of our truck, and Reflections was up front about their estimate, which was very fair considering the size of our vehicle and the amount of work I knew it would need. They were also extremely confident in their ability to bring it back to "brand new." They were able to get me in next day, and Hamdan's team worked on it ALL DAY. In fact, Hamdan was personally working on the finishing touches when we picked it up...an hour after closing. We were completely BLOWN AWAY by the results. The entire inside of our truck did in fact look brand new. Every inch of the interior was spotless, including the glove box and the center console! There was not one piece of husky hair in the entire truck, and if you've even seen a picture of a husky you should understand how incredible that is. I don't know if it was luck or my battered guardian angel that led me to Reflections, but I'm extremely glad I found them! They will forever be handling our detailing from here on out, and I will be recommending them to everyone!

This is the very, very good one. Barbie has been doing this for years and with all that experience, knows where she could take shortcuts and get away with it. Some shops do that, but Barbie and her staff do not take any shortcuts. None. They do it all, and they do it right. Not many shops polish clear coat with clay, the preferred method. This one does, although exterior was not my issue on this trip. Last Easter, I made a wonderful fruit salad with a thick, sweet sauce based on balsamic vinegar and red wine with lemon and sugar. Before I could get it safely to the family dinner party, the salad was knocked over and sticky, sweet, aromatic sauce poured out all over the driver's seat. (Luckily, I was not sitting in it at the time!) No doubt, the mess needed to be cleaned up. Can you imagine what that sweet sauce would smell like when exposed to sun baking? I certainly can. Eeeeyew! Now, I don't have the professional equipment to do that job, and I started researching. This shop comes highly recommended on Yelp so I made an appointment. With great pleasure, I watched the magic happen as the driver's seat was thoroughly cleaned. You cannot believe how much dirt, besides the offending sauce, came out of that seat. This is the best place to take your car whether you need fruit salad cleaned out of a seat or to have your entire car portered, inside and out. While I was waiting, the crew was working on an SUV that had a fruit smoothie spilled on the passenger seat. That's worse than a fruit salad! The crew had the seat out of the car so they could lift the carpeting and thoroughly remove every speck of fruit smoothie. I was suitably impressed. If it has wheels, CP will porter it. They recently finished a '39 Ford and a semi cab was being portered when I left. I'll be back soon to have the entire car, inside and out, treated to Barbie's magic efforts. Take your vehicle, any kind, to Barbie. Just do it. You'll thank me afterward.

Even though it was last minute they made time in their schedule to do a detail for me. They did a great job. They buffed and polished my car and really made it beautiful again after it sat in my driveway through a nasty winter. You'd never know it was a 2012 after the work they did. I went to K&D as a walk-in that same Saturday morning and they got to me right away. I do have a large SUV so the interior and exterior Gold Wash service took about an hour. I did not mind the wait because their wait area was clean, comforting, and welcoming. Keith told me I can sit down, relax, have some coffee, and watch tv. In my past experiences the waiting area has been the "deal breaker". I've seen some REALLY bad waiting areas; but that was not the case with K&D. I highly recommend this service and they can expect repeat service from me and my family in the near future. I hope they're around for a long time and continue to provide great service. I hope they expand to offer mobile pick up service soon as well. It was one of the services we discussed.
