It makes me uncomfortable and I can't leisurely look at the car wash options. I feel like it probably pressures people to make a more expensive car wash purchase. I get that they might be trying to be helpful, but it's just uncomfortable.

Now, go back and re-read what I wrote. If you're going to claim the reason you're closed is due to a power outage, have the brains to turn off the open sign--which is powered by electricity. I bought the monthly subscription and go a few times per month. After a snowfall when you need to get salt off your car is when you need a car wash the most. That is when this place chooses to close, and it's always some excuse that doesn't add up. I'm not talking about closing due to a blizzard--that would be common sense, and certainly understandable. The day after snowfall when the streets are plowed and it's sunny does not qualify as a "snowstorm." Others pulled in behind me, expecting the car wash to be open--PER THE SIGN! Today was the last straw.

Oh, and when I tried to purchase a wash at the kiosk, it wouldn't accept my credit card. I pressed the help button numerous times, and didn't get any help. I started to panic, since there was a long line behind me and I had no wiggle room at this point. I immediately went on the phone and downloaded the app, created a login, and purchased a wash through there. It was a pretty easy process, but if anyone not as savvy as me (e.g. my mom) tried doing this at the kiosk, it would've taken a while longer. Thankfully, I got it done just in the nick of time.
