Best podiatrist doctor & staff finally was getting the help I deserved to get!!! Dr Duggan…read moreliterally saved my mind. I couldn't take anymore pain 24 hours a day & waking me up in the middle of the night. Dealing with other doctors in the workers comp system is horrific. Whereas, my pain so bad & you get zero for pain in a WC case. But, I became a different person, I was becoming a different person. I just couldn't deal with anymore pain, doing no activities, spending a life for over a year mostly paid up in bed . It changed me. Meeting Dr. Duggan be patient with him, be persistent and your own advocate of he feels it's justified he will get you the help you need. Literally, he saved me from more pain, more months of no improvement to the point I can see the light & look forward to being totally healed. I probably will need a third MRI make sure tear healed & bulge before, I start walking in it and possibly do more damage if not totally healed. He has been doing it 20 years and smart, firm & skeptical at first bc alleged lying workers comp doctors & adjusters cutting you off benefits. I stated I trust in God & I trust that the pain I felt daily was something majorly wrong bc after 13 months only worse not better. Now, 16 months since injury. Anyways, I said ppl can lie, doctors but, if not a blocked images it will show my foot damages . I waited the proper time for my personal insurance to see Dr. Duggan & I don't think he thought could help me until he ordered MRI & reported showed tear, bulging, etc. & he gave me prescription wheelchair & suggested a nursing facility. First, week or so still woke up in pain but, after staying off foot in facility 16 days and using wheelchair two months I am finally sleeping at night, even my non stop knee pain in opposite leg from putting weight compensating for left foot my right knee gave out & it's better. Although, if I do too much PT now doing & since MRI, got an attorney & workers comp adjuster opened me back to seeing a doctor. Although, other doctor claims never received MRI SS on done unblocked, or Dr. Duggan reports or nursing facility so can't be treated properly like I was with Duggan. Once I can see Duggan again if I pay it myself I will because, he is real, just needs to lbs more patient to let me finish sentences. Bc I told assistant nursing facility made me better. I will return and refer him!! Great doctor & great staff!!! Thank you!!!!

This reflects the doctors and if they don't care and are too arrogant for new patients , then I'm going elsewhere .

The…read moretreatment itself (10 days, 6-8 hours a day) is long, and though not painful, I would call it grim, somewhat uncomfortable, and boring. You can read and stare at your phone for most of it, or listen to a podcast or audiobook so that helps. Just be prepared for long, uncomfortable, boring days. That said, my 10 day treatment got rid of the excruciating pain I was in, and Dr. Tony is very patient and kind. His follow-up person, Jennifer, who you communicate with via email, is very responsive and helpful. The staff person I encountered at the front desk was abrupt and bordering on rude, and for the expense and resilience of going through what I came to call "scoliosis boot camp" I think we should all be dealt with compassion from every single person. Overall, I'm glad I did it. It took some real getting used to wearing a brace 10 hours a day (mostly while sleeping) and an hour of boring exercises most every day. I went through a period of mild depression after the treatment, but Jennifer was very supportive and checked in with me, which was so nice. I really appreciate the on-going follow ups to evaluate everything. I may need to go back for a several day "tune up" and though I'm not exactly looking forward to it, if it keeps me out of pain it's worth it.

The office staff was very friendly and the office itself was spotless. The nurse was also very friendly and able to answer a few questions. I met with the Dr and everything went downhill from there. I answered a few of her questions about my son and when asked if I had any questions myself, I said I did. My first question was met with an incredibly condescending answer and honestly medical advice that no one within my circle of parent friends/family has ever heard before. The Dr made me feel judged choices I've made as a parent and be littled my exclusively pumping journey for my son. (If you know, you know and I will not be made to feel less than for pumping vs nursing.) Coming in with a 6 month old, there should have been a conversation of hey, what did your previous provider share with you instead of making point blank accusitory statements. The doctor works for me and not the other way around. I will not be made to feel less than. Never again.
