I couldn't take anymore pain 24 hours a day & waking me up in the middle of the night. Dealing with other doctors in the workers comp system is horrific. Whereas, my pain so bad & you get zero for pain in a WC case. But, I became a different person. I just couldn't deal with anymore pain, doing no activities, spending a life for over a year mostly laid up in bed, with ice, elevated & lots of creams. Y. It changed me. Depressed for a normally happy person. Meeting Dr. Duggan was a blessing!! be patient with him, be persistent and your own advocate of he feels it's justified he will get you the help you need. Literally, he saved me from more pain, still some pain but not, sleepless nights. Nursing facility z& wheelchair not doing weight bearing but, limited start to healing. I can see the light & look forward to being totally healed. Unfortunately, if I walk on foot even couple minutes my pain worsens & don't want go backwards after going so far. Nursing facility & wheelchair was the best advice by Dr. Duggan. I probably will need a third MRI make sure tear healed & bulge before, I start walking in it and possibly do more damage if not totally healed. PT thinks I need a surgery. The PT very rough bc foot still deals with pain. Especially, the top of foot, ankle & whereas, my foot slid up and down, not out of my loafer shoe but, injured my Achilles, Think the boot also hindered it & Doctors manipulating the foot & they don't stop. Dr. Duggan when I said, it was hitting me he had his doubts I think being over a year later, but truth prevailed in MRi begged other doctors for over a year which wasn't blocked images. He has been doing it 20 years and smart, firm & skeptical at first bc alleged lying workers comp doctors & adjusters cutting you off benefits. I stated I trust in God & I trust that the pain I felt daily was something majorly wrong bc after 13 months only worse not better. Now, 16 months since injury. Anyways, I said ppl can lie, doctors but, if not a blocked images it will show my foot damages . I waited the proper time for my personal insurance to see Dr. Duggan & I don't think he thought could help me until he ordered MRI & reported showed tear, bulging, etc. & he gave me prescription wheelchair & suggested a nursing facility. First, week or so still woke up in pain but, after staying off foot in facility 16 days and using wheelchair two months I am finally sleeping at night, even my non stop knee pain in opposite leg from putting weight compensating for left foot my right knee gave out & it's better. Although, if I do too much PT now doing & since MRI, got an attorney & workers comp adjuster opened me back to seeing a doctor. Although, other doctor claims never received MRI SS on done unblocked, or Dr. Duggan reports or nursing facility so can't be treated properly like I was with Duggan. Once I can see Duggan again if I pay it myself I will because, he is real, just needs to lbs more patient to let me finish sentences. Bc I told assistant nursing facility made me better. Tremendous help but, anything I do pain is there & believe needs surgery or maybe, acupuncture & chiropractic. Not sure. Although, nights better not healed & I need to live again. Trust Duggan to do a surgery or order what's needed but, since his help & latest MRI, back at a WC doctor who claims he doesn't have the latest reports. I will return and refer him!! Great doctor & great staff!!! Just answer phones & let patients finish talking so, maybe, would have heard the positives. lol. Thank you!!!!

I had to take my kid here to get some severe hangnails removed. I've had this type of work done…read morebefore other places and have not been happy with it. That being said our experience at this location was fabulous by comparison. Their partner has been here to have similar work done in the past and had very good luck with it. The issue they ran into was they had a severe infection at the time. My kid was able to make the appointment very easily and everyone was very nice when we arrived. We had to see and waited till they called us. We got inside and they sat in the big comfy chair and I stayed as moral support for them. The nurse was friendly and thorough and got all their information double checked and updated. When the doctor came in she was friendly and professional and went over the options they had for doing the work. My kid and I discussed the options and they went for the one where they remove the hangnails from either side on the big toes. This involves removing a portion of the nail as well as the hangnail and then they treat the area with a solution that is supposed to prevent them from coming back, hopefully forever but if not for a long time. Apparently what they use now is a lot better than what was available when I had mine done. I think the worst part of the entire ordeal was the numbing of the toe. First they apply a topical and then they come back and a needle has to go in in several points around the toe. Once that is done they give you 5 to 10 minutes and they have a tray with all the equipment and tools they need ready to go. From my point of view it was quite a collection of instruments used but they are very sure of the work that they're doing. If you don't have insurance the service is quite expensive but probably absolutely worth what you're paying. They also provide an aftercare kit that is a separate payment of $75. It provides everything you need to care for the area during your healing. They had to wear open toad shoes for a bit as there was also a bit of swelling and such. In the end everything seems to have healed up quite well and now only time will tell if the hangnails will come back at all. We're hopeful that they won't. From what I've seen I would definitely recommend them for your podiatry needs.

Took multiple MRI orders to get accurate foot which was when I was on the MRI table. 7/7/25 results of MRI came back & top of foot images blocked but, they failed to re order it! In addition, I had an appt with Dr Britt on 7/7 he refused to see me and did a no show although, contacted adjuster with bogus report. When adjuster knew no show changed rate to 7/14 whereas, I had a meeting with office manager to file complaint. She let me know neither on 7/7 or 7/14 any letters in file so meant verbally lied to adjuster. I was kicked out on 7/14 by Dr Britt although, never evaluated. I was sent to another WC doctor but, 2 months later Dr Britt and adjuster pretend I was seen and meds approved. Bogus! Not my doctor, not seen nor ever prescribed anything in Sept. so who got the meds? Why approve a bogus visit but, deny my actual current doctor I had in Sept PT denied? This location is more convenient and I've actually been seeing doctors in this building off and on for almost 10 years. I come here because I am diabetic and have diabetic neuropathy in my feet and legs.
