Dumpster/container delivery...also can be same day. So much cleaner and easier to open/close than any of the other brands around here. Better pricing than Junk Pros etc too, and with 2x the weight allowance. 3. Just downright good humans and personable. I actually spent 30 min outside just talking to Nick and crew while the container was being delivered. No BS, no language barriers, no hidden upsell attempts. Just good local business and as responsive as they come.

Henry at Stone Bridge was a pleasure to work with and I look forward to working with him again! He…read morewas prompt reaching out, communicated very clearly, and was willing to listen to our questions and concerns. I appreciated that he presented many different options and aided us in seeing alternative paths. He spelled out the project details and was transparent about what went into the price which I've never had a contractor do for me. Henry made sure that we were pleased with the final result and was more than willing to have one spot redone. I got quotes from 5 other masonry contractors and none of them were as flexible as Henry to work with us on options to stay within budget. Working with Stone Bridge was a great value!

The service was good overall but it did not finish up quite like we were hoping. The initial…read moreproposal started great with Jeff coming to our home shortly after we reached out. The estimate for painting three rooms upstairs in our house was very detailed, seemed fair priced, and he was friendly and easy to work with and was great at answering our follow-up questions before starting our project. We were able to book the project on the timeline we were looking for, but we were disappointed that the pre-project meeting never happened, as the proposal had said it would. This meant that the crew leader had some outstanding questions for us on the day they started the project, and though easily resolved, would have been nice to discuss beforehand. Where we were disappointed was at the very end when the crew had packed everything up and was ready to head out, we were handed a "report card" of their work to score how they did on various aspects of the job. While we were happy to fill out the document, the walls were still wet with paint when we were asked to score and it was a bit awkward to have the crew leader waiting in the house for us to fill out the sheet. I was hoping we could have time to walk through the area once the paint was dry and take a close look at everything together (my husband and I but he was keeping our two young kids happily distracted at the time), but were told we couldn't mail it in or send it in at another time and had to get done now. It felt rushed and uncomfortable since the crew was waiting on us for them to complete their day, and I didn't look at everything as closely as I would have liked with the work being wet. The next day we went upstairs (where our work was done) to take a closer look and we ended up finding two areas that were missed for painting and some small stray paint splatter on the floor and windows that I missed before. Had I seen this when filling out their report card I would have changed their score on Quality from an A rating to a B+ for them. Juan and his team were punctual, polite, and efficient at getting the work done but if I had a suggestion for improvement, it would be to let the homeowners complete your report card on THEIR time, once everything is totally finished (and dry), as it makes for a very rushed experience at the end.
