Jim from Lucky Lawn evaluated our issues and came up with a plan to cut back overgrown bushes and foliage, add irrigation, and put around 20 cubic yards of topsoil and seeds in. I highly recommend calling and letting them show you options you have for making the outside beautiful again!

There were some problems with my lawn in the form of a fungus and patches of bent grass. A technician came out to review the problen, he called the owner .... the owner told him! KILL ALL OF IT! I never received a phone call .... they just proceeded on their own I came home at the end of August to find 60% of my lawn was sprayed with a round up type product to kill 60% of my lawn! I WAS IN SHOCK! I TERMINATED THIS COMPANY !!! Now I needed to find a new company to provide a solution to install a new lawn quickly since it was the beginning of Sept. Lucky lawn was highly recomended from an extremly reliable source. I called the Lucky Lawn office told them I needed someone to come out and look at my lawn. I was told it would probably be Jim Buchanan, the owner of the company. I was impressed! Two hours later I received a text message it was Jim Buchanan telling me he was in the area and he wanted to stop by but I was not home. I called him back, he told me he would be by the next day. At 10 Am he was at my door. Reviewed the entire property told me what had to be done and walked me through what Lucky Lawn would do and when. His approach was direct and spot on... he was there with a crew the following week to aerate the soil ,spread 10 yards of top soil, apply 100 pounds of grass seed along with hay! It is now a month since my nightmare and I have the best lawn I ever had! I was so fortunate to have found Lucky Lawn... I do not know who could have reacted so quickly and provide such great results! They have done and incredibly job! One more thing: Eden Farms maintains my property with the exception of the lawn service for lawn aplications. They pulled together a crew to pull up the existing dead lawn in 2 days and prepped it for Lucky Lawn. They also did an impossible job on very short notice! I am extreamly happpy and satisfied with both of these companies servicing my property!

He was kind enough to share the story about a customer who was not happy with the work that had been done, so George poured a gallon of paint on his patio. So I stand by my review. They cut and cleaned a large area that was overgrown with brush and vines giving me an additional 1200 sq ft to my back yard. Let me tell you that Dave and his crew tackled this monumental task professionally. Again removed all the stuff that was cut and left the area pristine. Currently I am using this service to clean the gutters on my house. They are also trimming two large hedge rows approximately 200 feet in length and several feet wide that border my property on two sides. They are also trimming some vines and branches that are growing over a stone wall that borders the rear of the backyard. In each case the all debris was raked and removed. I recommend Dave's Paradise Landscaping if anyone has need of yard work from lawn maintenance to tree and brush trimming or removal. When I brought this up to Dave, he said the weeds would come back-does he tells that to all his customers. He didn't respond to my complaints. I told him if the roots of the weeds were pulled out and if enough mulch was put down they would not come back.
