Their soft wash tag is what drew us to schedule a consult since our house is over 100 years old and we didn't want to damage the porch/deck area. Thankfully NYC isn't too far from where we live and there was no issue in getting them to come out to northern NJ. We were able to work directly with Nick who was super accommodating with our schedules and this guy gets an A+ for customer service! He showed up on time and was super friendly and professional. He managed to complete the washing of our large deck/patio area including all of the deck furniture within just a few hours and it looks brand new! We definitely plan on scheduling additional time later this summer to power wash the front of our house. It's easy to become a loyal customer after just the first visit. Thanks Gridline Shine!

What the??? We had an ice dam and we had no idea how big it was since we couldn't get a good look (with over a foot of snow on the ground). Looked online and found Power Seal. We called after 9pm and the owner answered. Made an appointment the following day for removal. He himself came to the house. Told me he was short staffed and had to do the work himself. Right then and there I knew we were going to have good service. 3 hours later our ice dam was ice free and clear. Highly recommended !

Flaky to schedule with and didn't do much for my home's exterior…read more Scheduling: I needed to follow up with these guys a couple times when they missed their time window or didn't get back in touch with a time. Effectiveness: They probably got 20% of the grime off my brick house before telling me it was not possible to get it any cleaner. I have to believe that a company that does this routinely could have given me a heads up that the "textured brick" or whatever could have made cleaning impossible. On the sections that did get clean, e.g. bluestone elements, there are uneven spray patterns indicating that they didn't attempt to do everything they could. Overpriced because I paid the agreed price for way less than the agreed upon service. Somehow they also brought a social media guy out with a whole camera rig to film themselves _not_ getting my house clean, which was pretty funny.
