We cast a large number of bids and received many quotes. What stood out about the Alladin quote was the immediate professionalism and communication. Mike was the first one at the site after receiving the RFP. Communication, flexibility and ability to achieve our goals were all evident after our first interview. Our experience with Alladin has been extraordinarily successful. Even with challenges such as weather, unexpected roadblocks such as carpentry, they have been nothing but flexible and gracious . Thank you to Trish in the office making the billing easy , Fernando, who has a painting staff always happy and accommodating and Mike , whose positive "can do " energy permeates the whole project. I hired him to set up my above-ground pool in 2024. Before the installation, I specifically asked…read morehim to place it in the middle of the yard because that area was flatter. Instead, he insisted on putting it in a different spot, assuring me that he had leveled the ground and that it would be fine. The pool looked okay at first, but it only lasted one season. Last year, the liner ripped, and I initially thought it was my fault. This year, I had another pool professional come inspect it, and they immediately pointed out that the original installation was done very poorly. They found that there were tree roots underneath the pool that had continued to grow, causing the ground to become uneven and the pool to lose its level. I was also told that the area should never have been used in the first place because of the roots. I trusted his judgment when he assured me the spot was properly leveled, but it turns out that wasn't the case. While the pool may have looked fine initially, the poor placement and installation ended up costing me a damaged liner and additional repair expenses just a year later. I would not recommend this service based on my experience. If I could give a 0 star;I would.

The repair was to fix a leak and guess what, after the repair, we still had a leak! We had to hire a new company to fix the work they did.
