Tried to find the location to pick up in Outlet Food Court Concierge Desk. It took a lot of time to find location only to find out it takes 24 hours to process? I have never heard of this before, especially after they have already received my money. I'd tried to contact the company myself several times but only got voicemail. However, Ruby who was at the Concierge Desk, was a huge help and was able to contact the owner and get my tickets sent to me instead through email. OTC was able to send my tickets that same night. So overall OTC did come through as promised and I now have my tickets. Just wanted to let others know to only receive tickets by e-delivery and that it could take up to 24 hours to have them processed. The website will also show the status of your order.

The easy bar codes on our tickets that my parks sent us did not work in Busch gardens systems. We worked with two park managers one to get us into the park and another for our dining wristbands. It was a good thing ut was a week day and park not crowded. This process was no fun at all.

But they were amazing, extremely friendly and went above and beyond with their service. As a first time visitor they made me feel incredibly welcome to the show and provided fantastic recommendations as well as solutions for any small issues that arrived. While I will say I have low expectations going into this event I was absolutely blown away by the entire experience. Everyone here was amazing, very friendly and welcoming in a way that could not help but get you into the buccaneer spirit! We had great seats even without paying for the upgrade (next time we will just to be close to the stage), and the actors were awesome. Very engaging with the audience and the story was just fun. The outside is undergoing some repairs, and I am honestly glad to see them putting the time, money, and effort into updating this little gem of an attraction.
