The easy bar codes on our tickets that my parks sent us did not work in Busch gardens systems. We worked with two park managers one to get us into the park and another for our dining wristbands. It was a good thing ut was a week day and park not crowded. This process was no fun at all.

I have never heard of this before, especially after they have already received my money. I'd tried to contact the company myself several times but only got voicemail. However, Ruby who was at the Concierge Desk, was a huge help and was able to contact the owner and get my tickets sent to me instead through email. OTC was able to send my tickets that same night. So overall OTC did come through as promised and I now have my tickets. Just wanted to let others know to only receive tickets by e-delivery and that it could take up to 24 hours to have them processed. The website will also show the status of your order.
